The Space:
From the Tee to the Sea, this coastal home backs onto the lush Beachside Golf Course and has fabulous ocean views.
Comfortably sleeping 7 people, this home is equipped with everything that you need for a relaxing getaway for the whole family. Watch the golfers tee off in the morning from the deck or have a round of 9 holes yourself.
*Location*
This Coastal home has the envious position of backing on to Mollymook's Beachside Golf Course and overlooking the glorious pacific ocean, with just a short walk to the beach. A perfect holiday base, Mollymook Beach is suitable for swimming with both the northern and southern ends of the beach patrolled over summer. Walk around the southern headland to the Bogey Hole, a large natural rock pool perfect for children, as well as Collers Beach. Surfers will be attracted to the reef break.
This property is also just a short walk to the Mollymook shops with cafes and restaurants.
*Living and Entertainment Space*
The living space in this home is designed to make the most of the gorgeous golf course views. There is an enclosed sunroom and an open plan living and dining area with comfy lounges, a TV and 8-seater dining table. Sliding doors connect the indoors to the covered entertaining deck that overlooks the large, fully fenced yard and golfing greens beyond. Casual meals cooked up on the BBQ can be enjoyed on the outdoor dining table, and a kids cubby will provide hours of entertainment for the kids.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and full sized fridge/freezer.
