From the moment you step into this one-of-a-kind villa, views of the Pacific can be seen from the front door. Relax in the living space drenched in natural sunlight with an expansive sofa and large flat screen TV. Listen to the crackling fireplace or the sound of the waves. Large glass doors open to the spacious beachfront deck, creating the perfect indoor/outdoor feel, with dolphin sightings almost daily!
Step down to the private beach access for your enjoyment. Plenty of space to lounge in the sun with your toes in the sand. An abundance of luxurious sun loungers and outdoor umbrellas for shade on the beach. Unlike most homes in Malibu. Enjoy kayaking, surfing, or fishing in the picturesque Pacific. Rinse off under the outdoor shower after a wonderful beach day!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces. Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).
The Neighborhood:
Beyond the beach outside your door, Malibu offers hiking, wine tasting at Saddlerock Ranch, the Getty Villa, Adamson House, and world-famous dining like Nobu Malibu just down PCH.
The property is located on Pacific Coast Highway, and guests may experience occasional road noise and ocean waves.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft can be limited in Malibu, so we recommend having a vehicle. Stay Awhile guests receive preferred rates through Drive Awhile, offering seamless delivery and pickup of luxury and family-friendly vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
Please message our team and speak with the Home Manage before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.
To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.
1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.
2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW. We are in a high brush fire zone. In effort to prevent wildfires the state can turn utilities on and off intermittently. Stay Awhile will not offer any refunds in this case.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.
5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.
7) Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.
Parking is available in between the concrete wall across from the property.
8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.
11) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them.
12) Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.
13) To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.
Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space in excellent condition for all guests.
14) **All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.
Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
