Excellent house and accommodations for a large family / group. Ours was a family get together with 5 related families. More than enough room and beds and gathering areas to enjoy each others company and also to get own space. Pool was great.

Great house!

We are a large family staying for the Memorial Weekend. The house was perfect...lots of bedrooms with comfy beds, places to hang out for privacy or a game of ping pong. The TVs were great and the kitchen was well stocked for big crowds and big meals. Great House!

Perfect family vacation home

We stayed at this home in hopes to get out of the cold in Nevada and it was a great trip with all of my kids and their kids! We had kiddos ranging from 2 to 13 and it was the perfect property! Heated pool was amazing and the kids lived in it! Big space for the whole family. 10/10 experience!

Perfect for a Family Reunion!

We had a blast as a family staying at this property. So many rooms that everyone was able to have their own space, yet still amazing group spaces for us to play games and be together. Communication with the property manager was great! We were able to get questions answered quickly and they were super helpful. Thank you for an amazing time!

We had an amazing stay at this property! We had a group of 20 people, and there was more than enough sleeping space for everyone. The listing was completely accurate, and everything was just as described.Check-in and check-out were both very easy, which made the experience even better. The air conditioning worked great and kept the house comfortable the entire time, we followed the directions and did not touch the thermostats. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, making it easy to cook for a large group.Parking was excellent, and having access to the garages was a huge perk. We were able to load and unload our boat right inside the garage, which was incredibly convenient.Another standout feature was the three washers and three dryers, this was a lifesaver with such a big group, especially after long days at the lake when everyone wanted to wash towels and clothes during our five-day stay.We also really enjoyed the pool, it was the perfect way to relax after coming back from the lake each day.Overall, this property very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again!

Great for Family

We all had a great time. The house was super nice and comfortable. The house was big enough to accommodate everyone and to give extra space/privacy. The house was well equipped with towels, blankets, pillows for everyone. The kitchen had almost every appliance you needed. We came in town for my grandpas 80th bday and it was nice for all the family that had to travel into Havasu were able to go to one big place for us to stay together. Great vacation! Thank you!

Holidays in Havasu

Our stay in Havasu was great! We have a large family and everyone is now an adult (college aged) and my mom being elderly we needed space but a place to gather as well and this house was perfect for that. We didn’t use the pool but we we did use the hot tub and it heated nicely. The house is all on one level which makes it easier on my mom. The master sauna did not work for us and there were no instructions for it but that was fine. The owner lives nearby and was super responsive when I asked about spare batteries. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or be together. We went on nearby hikes and walked about the lake for exercise. The linens were great and plentiful. The plates and silverware were nice compared to other rentals we had been in but the pots and pans could use an upgrade. We love to cook together and now everyone eats a lot!!! We should definitely rent again for a large family gathering.

Everything You Need

This home was spacious for our 16 person stay. Multiple beds and rooms with access to all areas of the home and guest house. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all necessities. Televisions in almost every room. Backyard area is large with the pool, a spa, and an outdoor covered dining area with propane grill. Plenty of parking inside a garage and on both driveways. Conveniently located near downtown Havasu and one of the main marinas for those with a water vessel. 5 stars all around! My only recommendation is regarding the cleaning fee with the few chores that are required. Although they are minimal chores, for the amount of the cleaning fee we think there shouldn’t be any chores. Just a disclaimer if guests leave an excessive mess they are liable for any extra services would go a long way to ensure guests respect this house the same as their own.

Amazing space for large groups of family and friends. Plenty of parking for multiple cars and boats fit easily in the RV garage that was nicely cooled by a swamp cooler. 3 refrigerators were nice for keeping everything cool. There is not much shade directly next to the pool so we brought easy ups. My only suggestion to the hosts would be place settings and silverware to accommodate the amount of people the house can accommodate and investing in pool umbrellas would be great. We will definitely be back to this well appointed home!
