My husband and friends recently stayed at this property for the moto get race and had a fantastic experience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated.The host was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, making check-in and the overall stay seamless. Everything about the property was excellent, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free rental. We would definitely stay here again

Our family of six stayed here and were so comfortable. This place feels like a home with the small comforts and little touches. The beds were perfect, fans were available for white noise, little toiletries, all working appliances like the laundry machines, and the AC was in excellent working order. On top of the way that this felt so amazingly cozy, the host was helpful past the point of just what was expected. They allowed us a late checkout and even mailed out my son’s shirt that he left. Very kind and excellent hosts plus a wonderful place that was like a home?! Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again!!!

This house was perfect! The host contacted me to let me know that I could check in early, which was perfect after an early day of traveling. The house has everything provided. The host even set up a small Christmas tree, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this home, and will definitely stay there again.

We came into town to see family over Easter weekend. It was such a cute place, very clean, plenty of room for us and easy instructions to get in. We will definitely be back!! It was easy access/ not far to drive into Austin…we were able to see our family very easily. Perfect location!!

We had come from out of state back to the area to see our daughter graduate at Texas State. This house was comfortable and we felt at home. Very easy interface with the host. Very clean and well appointed decorations. Great host!!.

The home was perfect! Super clean and well equipped with all of the little things that you might need during your stay. James went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Communication was awesome. We will be staying here from now on for every visit. Location was perfect!

Cute Place!

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this lovely house for a week for work. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The host was very kind and hospitable. They even had a fully stocked coffee bar that was super cute. When you stay here be sure to check out the local farmer's markets. They are the best!

Great property

This home was very clean and neatly arranged as described. Very comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Austin and surrounding areas. Nice stocked coffee bar, soap, lotion, shampoo also provided. Communication with the owner/agent was a great experience. James went over and above our expectations. We will definitely stay at this property again.

We were in Buda for a family celebration. This home is located in a nice neighborhood not far from I 35- the major interstate in this area. It has been well maintained. Everyone has mentioned the coffee bar- it is well stocked, even with some breakfast barsThe beds are very comfortable- which made for a good nights sleep. James is an outstanding host. He was quick to answer any text I sent. We will most definitely stay here again should the need arise. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Just right for our needs

This rental was great. Everything was very comfortable. We like the way the interior was decorated. The hot water tank kept up with our needs. Some of the things we particularly appreciated: The quality of the plates and bowls and also that there were enough of them that we could have one set running in the dishwasher and still have enough that we could start the next meal. The dining room table and living room set ups were large enough to very comfortably seat 6. We didn't need it, but I appreciate the high chair. The white towels were perfectly clean and wonderfully fluffy. The sheets were also perfectly clean and soft. The Keurig machine and coffee bar were also appreciated. It was also great that there were enough rolls of paper towels strategically placed to keep the place tidy, plus dishwasher and washing machine pods. The hotel shampoo/soaps were decent quality. The climate control did it's job well with no odors. There is a washing machine and dryer available. Heads up, they only have 2 wine glasses and they don't fit in the dishwasher. ;-) Side note: if you like wine, I enjoyed Austin Winery's Ocho Blanco.

This house was close to everything and was in a very quiet neighborhood. I was traveling with family and packing light is difficult especially with kids and weather changes. This place had every little thing I needed from the cooking appliances to the most comfortable pillows. And James was very accommodating and made us feel very welcomed. Thank you for our stay!!

After 2 weeks of looking at hotels, other Air BNB properties we found this one. James was there to greet us, show us around and wow! the home is amazing! Everything we needed, from coffee maker, to pizza pan, to fluffy towels and the most comfortable ever. We hope to stay there again !
