We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. The Phoenix area is a large area and walking is not always recommended. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood-burning fireplace is off-limits.
*The pool vacuum must be kept in at ALL TIMES for hygiene and safety. Removal may result in rashing or pool equipment breaking.
*Pool care arrives unannounced between 10 AM-4 PM on Tues-Wednesday. Please allow them to care for the pool.
POOL HEATING REQUESTS: A Pool Heating Fee of $50 per night will be applied to your reservation if you request pool heating.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 74 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are cool in the wintertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Tower fans are provided.
