Newly painted and floor upgraded!! Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home features a private beautiful pool, outdoor kitchen and family friendly outdoor area. This home is located in the desirable Rancho Santa Fe subdivision close to freeways, restaurants, Stadium, Westgate shopping & entertainment district, Sports Arena's, Phoenix International Speedway, Golf Course's, Casinos, Wildlife Zoo and Luke Air Force Base. This is the perfect place for you and your family to relax and enjoy the West Valley.

Rancho Santa Fe is a quiet family friendly area in the West Valley, nearby you will find Friendship Park where you can walk, fish or even feed the ducks. This house is convenient to I-10 Fwy making easy access to Sky Harbor Airport. Fry's Grocery Store and Walmart are 3 mins away. Many restaurants nearby - whether you want to have a sit down meal or just grab a hamburger. Additional pool fee will be required in order to heat pool with a Minimum of two days. Must be stated at the time of booking.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I have never rented out a house before for a vacation and this was the absolute best first experience. The house and host made us feel very comfortable. The home was very clean, spacious and quiet! It was very easy to connect with the host and ask any question we may have had. It was the perfect place to come back and relax. We had a great time!

Wonderful stay!

I know how important reviews are when I am trying to book a vacation, so I wanted to make sure that I wrote one for our recent stay at this property. We had such a great time! This was one vacation that I didn't want to end! The house was lovely and exceeded our expectations. We got into town very late and was able to settle right in. The house and grounds were very clean and inviting. We especially loved the water in the fridge and snacks on the counter after a long day of traveling. The pool was great (we opted for the pool heat and it was so nice) and we loved the little gazebo area by the pool to relax at. The beds were SO comfortable and we all slept so well. We were able to park in the garage which was a nice feature as well. The property manager was very friendly and fast to respond to all our inquiries. This may sound strange, but the towels smelled so amazing and I'd love to know what laundry detergent/method was used This property was in a very nice location, nothing special, but we felt safe and secure in the house. There were tons of restaurants & retail nearby to choose from. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Camelback Ranch stay

We love the proximity of Ana's property to the camelback ranch facilities. Also found a great place in Eric's barbecue. Close to markets, restaurants, and the airport. The home was spotless with a coffee service and everything you need to cook. We use the barbecue, which worked great. Thanks again Ana for being such a great host.

Look No Further!!!

This home was a great choice for me and my family. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the home provides plenty of space to relax in, comfortable beds, and an awesome outdoor space packed with a great pool, patio space and outdoor kitchen. The pictures depict the space, but you have to experience it in person to get the full vibe. There is shopping close by and easy access to the highway. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!
