Newly painted and floor upgraded!! Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home features a private beautiful pool, outdoor kitchen and family friendly outdoor area. This home is located in the desirable Rancho Santa Fe subdivision close to freeways, restaurants, Stadium, Westgate shopping & entertainment district, Sports Arena's, Phoenix International Speedway, Golf Course's, Casinos, Wildlife Zoo and Luke Air Force Base. This is the perfect place for you and your family to relax and enjoy the West Valley.

Rancho Santa Fe is a quiet family friendly area in the West Valley, nearby you will find Friendship Park where you can walk, fish or even feed the ducks. This house is convenient to I-10 Fwy making easy access to Sky Harbor Airport. Fry's Grocery Store and Walmart are 3 mins away. Many restaurants nearby - whether you want to have a sit down meal or just grab a hamburger. Additional pool fee will be required in order to heat pool with a Minimum of two days. Must be stated at the time of booking.

House was very clean. Pool are was very nice. Outdoor area wonderful. We spent a lot of time by the pool! Location was very close to shopping, eateries, and grocery stores. Ana and Joe were very responsive to questions. Would recommend this property to all.

Comfortable Roomy House

We had an excellent stay here. The place was clean and roomy, plenty of space for the four of us. Dining inside or out, lounging by the pool or watching a video, everything was perfect!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I have never rented out a house before for a vacation and this was the absolute best first experience. The house and host made us feel very comfortable. The home was very clean, spacious and quiet! It was very easy to connect with the host and ask any question we may have had. It was the perfect place to come back and relax. We had a great time!

We were in Phoenix for 2 weeks to soak up some winter sun, and this stay exceeded our expectations. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and a beautiful, private outdoor area. Sadly, it was not warm enough to use the pool. And then, we found a great 2 mile out and back walking path that we took almost every day! Just head out the front door, walk 3 houses down to a grassy park, and the path begins on the far side. We also visited every hiking area within an hour drive. Our favorites were White Tank Park (highly recommend taking Waterfall Hike, clear to the surprise at the end!) and Lake Pleasant Park for the wild burros. I do want to mention the required additional insurance, because this is the first time we’ve encountered it. The option was to either buy the insurance, or put up a 5,000 deposit, which we did. The fine print says it can take up to 24 days to get our deposit back, so all I can say is, today is day 6 and nothing yet. I understand this isn’t Ana’s fault. Otherwise, we’ve stayed in many VRBOs, and Ana’s place is really a 10 out of 10.

Well equipped and comfortable house in quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Close to shopping, park and bike/walking paths. Perfect way to enjoy lovely weather Phoenix weather in winter.

Great Location

The property was very roomy, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. It was located near many restaurants and shopping. We spent much of our time in the backyard having dinner, enjoying the pool, or reading a book at the gazebo.
