- NOTE: There are 32 irregular cement stairs from the lower parking pad to the basement level of the property, and they can be very slippery in the winter months. It is recommended that you bring snow boots. 15 additional stairs are also required to access the front door
- NOTE: 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property. Snow chains are also recommended
- NOTE: The driveway to this property is very, very steep
- NOTE: The property is located in a forest, therefore local wildlife (including bears) may be present during your stay
