This countryside retreat is set on a 25-acre property behind Nambour, surrounded by a spring-fed creek and a swimming hole.

The Space:
Hill Creek Tiny House is located in the serene suburb of Perwillowen, just 7 minutes from the rural town Nambour-Sunshine Coast Regio close to The Ginger Factory and Buderim Forest Park. And if you're up for a quick drive, you can head to Mudjimba Beach and Coolum Beach 27-34 minutes away.

A snug tiny home and the nearest accommodation in Sunshine Coast, with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property—where two other tiny houses sit on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

- Buderim Forest Park is a sub-tropical oasis surrounded by towering trees, meandering tracks, and stunning waterfalls.
- Coolum Beach is 37 minutes from the property, known for its surfing and golfing. A unique holiday ambiance that visitors enjoy.
- Dulong Lookout is a popular tourist attraction that provides panoramic views of the Sunshine Coast from Coolum to Caloundra.

- Mudjimba Beach is located in a coastal suburb, with stunning golden sands, and just across the road is the ever-popular Lizard Café Bar, which is well-known for its big breakfasts, great coffee, and service.

Getting Around:
By car:

- 5 min drive to and from Nambour
- 20 min drive to and from Coolum
- 20 min drive to and from Mooloolaba
- 40 min drive to and from Noosa National Park

By public transport: All trains and busses come into Nambour Station, 5-min ride by taxi or Uber to the property.

Other Things to Note:
- Please bring your own firewood
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We advise guests to KEEP AN EYE ON CHILDREN inside as the stairs to the loft are quite steep
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the tiny house

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
