Waterfront Cottage with Private Beach in the Heart of Lagoon City

This four-season 2-storey home sits on a lot size of over 1 acre for you to enjoy to your heart's content. With a private canal leading to the beautiful Lake Simcoe straight from the backyard, you can take an exciting journey through our provided kayaks and pedal boat. Just steps from home is 2 private beaches and 1 public beach where you can take a dip or relax.

A Few Things Before We Dig In:
- Summer/Fall/Winter/Spring: We rent minimum 2 nights only. Check in is at 4:00PM, check out is at 11AM.
- No Pets, Sorry :(
- No Loud Parties
- Preference to Families


The Cottage:

This is a beautiful home in Lagoon City with a Muskoka Style Cottage feel situated on a premium lot with space large enough for the entire family to escape the big city. With 3 Bedrooms, 3 Queen beds, a single bed, and a futon, there is plenty of sleep space for guests up to 8 people.


The Outside:

With a balcony on the second level that runs the length of the cottage, guests can relax socialize and enjoy the views from an elevated standpoint. Access to the balcony can be found through the living room and the master bedroom. In the huge backyard features a custom deck with a picnic table and plenty of seating for the traditional backyard bbq. A beautiful fire pit situated by the waters is perfect for bonfires and roasting marshmallows. With over 80 feet wide by the shoreline, you will have plenty of space to cast your fishing lines.


Water Sports:

We provide two kayaks, one pedal boat, and a blowup raft making it easy for our guests to enjoy the private canal and lake. Explore to your hearts content!


The Living Room:

The main gathering spot in the entire cottage is the huge living room situated on the second level. With a fireplace, 2 sofas and plenty of seating, this is the perfect space for games and socializing.

All 3 bedrooms are on the second level. Here is the breakdown of the following beds:
Master bedroom: 1 Queen + 1 single
Bedroom #2: 1 Queen
Bedroom #3: 1 Queen + 1 futon
