The southern cross DFO shops, restaurants, supermarkets are closely surrounded and within minutes’ walk distance. The apartments are in the free tram zone with easy access to Victoria market, crowns, Melbourne CBD etc.
For each apartment, it is well equipped with high quality brand new furniture, dining table, double door icemaking fridge, air condition etc. The kitchen has microwave, coffee machine and all the kitchenware and tableware for your needs. The two bathrooms toilets are installed with bidet. The living area and the master bedrooms are with spectacular docklands waterfront views facing marvel stadium and southern cross station. The two bedrooms have queen sized beds, one with its own ensuite. Great location and view
Convenient unit overlooking Marvel Stadium.
Building is very busy, apparently mostly short stay rentals, lifts are busy and one was out of order during our stay! But this was the only downside to the apartment.
