The room was very clean and had anything you needed for a short, or longer, stay. We had a little trouble checking in because a windstorm had moved the gate. The property manager responded immediately, and the owner came to let us in.The value for the price is very good.

This was a perfect spot for my dog and me; the suite was private and comfortable with a nice enclosed area outside. The host was easy to reach and very helpful.

Great value

Check-in was very smooth and the hosts were quick to respond to questions. The space was clean and as advertised. Really close to a lot of things. Wifi was a little spotty, but everything else was great.

Very cute

The perfect little getaway! The space was perfect for what we needed. We had a lot of plans and only needed a place to sleep. We were unable to get the AC turned down, so it was a little hot but there is a window and a fan in the room.

Peaceful and quiet

This property is exactly as listed and was very quaint. This was a staycation and was definitely worth it! I will mention that not having access to the a/c was an issue but that is more of a personal preference.

Hotel room in a private setting

Only thing we didn't like was no access to AC had to ask for it to be changed. My comfort should be priority

It was clean but no amenities...coffee pot, no coffee, bunson burner but no pots or pans. Property around was in poor condition....for the price if you just want a place to sleeps it works but if you stay for more than a couple of days it was very small...should have a queen instead of king bed.

The parking could be improved so that you don’t drag palms down the side of your vehicle. Other than that all was great.

Florida Get Away

The room was small but just as advertised and in a good neighborhood. Easy check in. We did not use the kitchen amenities. We chose to eat out since there are so many good restaurants nearby, but the kitchenette was adequate if one chose to partake. The outdoor patio was lovely in the evenings. We had one negative incident with a leaky water heater on our first day but management was extremely responsive and immediately came out to fix the issue. It was a marvelous stay.

Everything was clean, the room was just very small. The only room light was the bright ceiling fan.

Parking was very tight for my GMC Sierra truck. Actually scraped side of truck on large rocks along driveway entrance/exit. The room was just too small for 2 people. Everyone was exceptionally polite and friendly but room and bath uncomfortably small.

Dennis, we want to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and we're sorry if you felt caught off guard. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We are sorry to hear our property didn't meet your expectations, we take the accuracy of our listing seriously and verified we advertise our property as a studio. The parking is tight for larger trucks and we apologize your truck was scraped. - After reading your review, we verified all lights are properly working. We have 3 lights in the bathroom; a bathroom light, overhead light, and additional lighting with a wall switch. We also have a courtyard light outside of the room. - We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to host you again!

Good short stay option

For the price you can’t complain, just a room and shower basically. Driveway is tough to get in if you have a bigger vehicle. At night it’s near impossible to find your way in the driveway because the vegetation is so thick. I know they said to call to change the temperature, we hated to bug them but the room was warm to sleep in. Internet and tv forget about, very slow and tv was in and out because of slow internet. It was clean and had great water pressure where the highs along with nice sheets and comfy bed. Glad it was the price it was because a hotel is right down the road at the same price.
