Very cute

The perfect little getaway! The space was perfect for what we needed. We had a lot of plans and only needed a place to sleep. We were unable to get the AC turned down, so it was a little hot but there is a window and a fan in the room.

Peaceful and quiet

This property is exactly as listed and was very quaint. This was a staycation and was definitely worth it! I will mention that not having access to the a/c was an issue but that is more of a personal preference.

It was clean but no amenities...coffee pot, no coffee, bunson burner but no pots or pans. Property around was in poor condition....for the price if you just want a place to sleeps it works but if you stay for more than a couple of days it was very small...should have a queen instead of king bed.

Florida Get Away

The room was small but just as advertised and in a good neighborhood. Easy check in. We did not use the kitchen amenities. We chose to eat out since there are so many good restaurants nearby, but the kitchenette was adequate if one chose to partake. The outdoor patio was lovely in the evenings. We had one negative incident with a leaky water heater on our first day but management was extremely responsive and immediately came out to fix the issue. It was a marvelous stay.

Everything was clean, the room was just very small. The only room light was the bright ceiling fan.

Parking was very tight for my GMC Sierra truck. Actually scraped side of truck on large rocks along driveway entrance/exit. The room was just too small for 2 people. Everyone was exceptionally polite and friendly but room and bath uncomfortably small.

Good short stay option

For the price you can’t complain, just a room and shower basically. Driveway is tough to get in if you have a bigger vehicle. At night it’s near impossible to find your way in the driveway because the vegetation is so thick. I know they said to call to change the temperature, we hated to bug them but the room was warm to sleep in. Internet and tv forget about, very slow and tv was in and out because of slow internet. It was clean and had great water pressure where the highs along with nice sheets and comfy bed. Glad it was the price it was because a hotel is right down the road at the same price.

Between the other rocks

Needs updating. Wore out linens and comforter. Towels only one large, one medium, one hand towel for two people for three nights, overgrown shrubs covering the driveway that rub both sides of the car, the chairs on the patio had no pads just metal strips, only one desk chair to roll around in the room. TV not available needed to stream and have a code. It was a good location and quiet neighborhood. We called property manager about being unable to get in the room and did not receive a return call for over 2 hours . I hope this is not representative of the properties you rent.

OK for a short stay

The room was okay but we did have a couple of issues. The biggest one was with the cleaning…while most of the room was clean enough, we opened the microwave to find leftover food from the last guests. That was pretty disgusting. For a studio that bills itself as providing a coffee machine and hot plate, it would have been nice to have coffee and some dishes/utensils. Finally, the sink in the studio area had no cold water; only the hot tap worked. The other issue that I have is that if you aren’t going to allow your guests to change the temperature in the room themselves, and tell them they need to reach out to the guest contact, then have someone available to reply to your guests’ requests/needs. I messaged the guest contact twice with no response the entire stay. That all said, we were only there for 2 nights and it was fine for what it was. It was conveniently located for our needs.
