This sophisticated, 4 bedroom apartment captures the essence of New York loft style living positioned in a historical Art Deco style building in the heart of Melbourne.
Our guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

This stunning light filled apartment comprises of sleek features with an open plan layout with a modern kitchen complimented by stainless steel benches leading out to a generously sized courtyard perfect for summer outdoor entertaining.
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No unregistered guests allowed

• Check-in is 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect for relaxing and enjoying, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there are any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that night's stay. Please respect these rules.

Great CBD location

This apartment is ideally located within easy walking distance of the CBD and access to trams. Having secure undercover parking is a bonus. It is fully equipped and very spacious. Katie at BellaStayz was an absolute delight to deal with and incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries. Highly recommended.

Fabulous property in perfect location.

This is a fabulous property. Location is perfect. The property is bright, spacious with everything you need and comfortable beds. There was plenty of room for adults and children and it was very clean. I would have liked more communication with the property manager, however I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Good location

A spacious apartment set well located. Easy walk to Melbourne central, the theatres and so many great restaurants. Car park and 25m lap pool an added bonus. All bedrooms upstairs, 2 with ensuite bathrooms, 3rd bedroom with double bed is a bunk and 3rd bathroom downstairs, so possibly suited to 2 couples plus kids rather than 3 couples.

Generous size and convenient location

Great property, generous size, it fit our family of 7 without a problem. Very clean and well appointed. Easy walk to Melbourne central (2 blocks) past the library. Easy to catch all the free city trams. Outdoor area makes it great for non city people. Definitely would book again!

Great cobenient place to stay!

We had a party of 6 stay here for 6 days. We came over from Perth to go to the Grand Final. It was a very convenient place to stay, close to everything. A free tram ride away from Fed square and short walk to MCG, lots of restaurants and shopping centres. Communication with Katie was great. Would definatley stay again. Thankyou Woyld def recommend.
