This single-story home on Middle Road was built in 2018. Featuring an open floorplan with a spacious kitchen with a gas stove and full-size upright freezer. You will enjoy the comfortable screened porch with TV overlooking a private rear yard.

The master bedroom offers a private bath with walk-in shower.

3 bedrooms, 2 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with Bunkbed with Trundle.

Amenities include complimentary wireless internet access, mini-split air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and cable TVs. Dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and upright freezer. Washer and dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk.

The exterior offers a screened porch, open outdoor shower, and covered parking.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Great house! Simple and cozy. We sat on the screened in porch drinking coffee, reading & playing games- best part of the house. The rooms were comfy but not overdone with decoration. Had everything we needed. The skylights made the house bright & inviting. We would recommend it to others & will stay here again in the future.

Everything was great for our stay. The weather wasn't super cooperative, but we were able to enjoy the house and spend some good time there between fishing. The management did extend our check out time by a few hours due to the weather and ferry closures, but anything beyond that was difficult to get answers/guidance. Not really the management's fault, but on an island with weather impacts like this, there should be a formal policy to help guide guests.
