Seabrook Farmhouse with Hot Tub & Swimming Pool, 4 min to Butchart Gardens

SEABROOK FARMHOUSE is a 5-star, resort style short term accommodations without the butler/waiter staff. This is Satnam’s personal residence and he has worked incredibly hard with an interior designer to make his home timeless, comfortable, functional, relaxing and beautiful - equipped with all the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay. Satnam and his family live just a few minutes away.

This stunning modern 4500 sq/ft newly painted, white and black farmhouse is situated on a 7.5 acres Berry Farm in Central Saanich. There is plenty of parking on the property for up to 8-10 cars. Your view overlooks trees and is on a private setting. Our berry farm is tucked away behind the trees on the 7.25 acres behind the farmhouse. Kick back and relax in this beautiful home that features 10-person dining, a massive kitchen island that seats 10 people, along with another bar that seats 4 people, living room area seats about 20-30 people. And there is a quiet area at the entry to work from home at a 4-person HIGH table. There is also a long wooden bench behind the couch for additional seating. Situated on a farm with a private setting. There is a 6 -7 person hot tub with outdoor shower, 18 got - 4ft deep round swimming pool, outdoor dining area, umbrella, barbecue and in the spring/summer/fall,( a large 20 foot gazebo with additional patio furniture – is not installed yet) and propane fire pit, solar lighting all along the property, basketball hoop, some outdoor games, and plenty of indoor games. A kiddies’ pool. Is available upon request and is only about 11 inches deep and 6-7ft long.

The farmhouse is 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and features 1 king bed (massive Master en-suite/bedroom), 3 bedrooms each with queen beds, 5 single beds and one futon in the Games Room. Our farmhouse comfortably sleeps 15 people. UPON REQUEST, If, you have very young children, we provide a crib/playpen/bassinet, high chair/s and gate. Free Wifi. Wifi password is in the hallway off the Powder bathroom.

SEPTIC PLUMBING SYSTEM
This farmhouse is on a septic plumbing system which means nothing can go down the drains other than bodily fluids. No baby wipes, personal hygiene products nor paper towels.

KIDS’ PLAY ROOM
The Kids’ PLAY Room is connected to their bedroom. But it's a small open area for kids to play games in on the fluffy soft carpet. Presently our Kids’ Play Room has a kids’ play kitchen, a table that can be folded away, a bench, and games with markers/pencils/pencil crayons and wax crayons. Kids' Bedroom Room lamps act as charging stations for their devices and the small lava lamps can be charged via USB cable and are cordless and movable.

GAMES ROOM
The Games Room features many amenities such as a:
A. Pool table, foosball table, air hockey table.
B. And 2 Racing car games, 1 arcades with over 2000 games.
C. A 1950’s vintage jukebox playing 1950’s music.
D. A mini-bar fridge fully stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and lots of various snacks for purchase. Satnam will give you an envelop at check-in to settle your mini bar bill. Prices are all very reasonable and are cheaper than BC Ferries/Hotels.
E. Plenty of seating at several intimate bar table/stools areas scattered throughout games room.
F. Futon – offers additional seating AND SLEEPS 2 adults (or 3 kids).
G. Smart ROKU TV.
H. Stereo.
I. Additional adult and kid’s board/card games can be found on the cart in Games Room. The futon in Games Room can also be used as a bed and sleeps 2 people. Additional bedding/pillows can also be found on the laundry room shelf which is next to the Games Room.


HOT TUB & SWIMMING POOL, OUTDOOR GAMES
Recently we added a brand new hot tub, and a brand new 18 foot round swimming pool. There is an outdoor shower by the hot tub. A fence has been installed around swimming pool. Swimming pool comes with a slide, 2 floaties, a water volleyball net and ball. Swimming Pool is UNHEATED and is seasonal and only open from mid/late May (depending on weather) to mid Nov (we actually had a request from our Manitoban guests for swimming pool to be open in Nov and that they are used to cold swims). If you book in advance and make a request, we will leave the pool open for Nov. Otherwise it will be drained by Nov. 1.

Outdoor games can be found in the large tubs outside in outdoor lounge area. We also have about 10 water guns for kids to use and return.


CHILDREN’S EQUPIMENT
Included: 2 playpens/crib, 2 high chairs, baby changing mat/portable sleeping mat and one bassinet (for infants only), and child friendly melamine dishes/cups.

SIGHT SEEING NEAR BY
The farmhouse is 2-4 minutes to Butterfly World & Butchart Gardens. Downtown Victoria, ferries and Thetis Lake are all 20 min. Away. Airport, Mayfair Mall and Uptown Mall are all 10-15 min away. This location is very Central to everything. Elk Lake is 5 min away.

GOBIND FARMS, ICE CREAM AND BAKERY
Gobind Farms, is 2 minutes and they have the best FRESHEST LOCAL berries, fruit and vegetables on the island. It is also the LARGEST berry farm on the island. They also sell ice cream, pastries made from their berries such as pies and crumbles. They also have home-made jams and syrups which have 66% less sugar.

GAZEBOS
Please also note that not all of our gazebos have not been installed and we home to have them installed by fall of 2024.

FYI - SPECIAL EVENTS
We so allow events such as OUTDOOR weddings and receptions with a contract in place. There is a charge of $18 per person. Min. fee is $1500. Guests must rent their own tables, chairs and tents. Please text or call us if you have any questions.
