Satnam met us at the property and gave us a thorough overview of the house and property. The house was exceptionally clean and welcoming. We were 3 generations in the home and the kids and their parents especially enjoyed the games room. The countryside location was ideal and yet near to town and shops. We highly recommend Satnam and his welcoming home.

This house was so perfect for our family of 14- grandparents, parents and children. There was something for everyone to do- from the hot tub to the pool to the game room. It was clean and very well eqipped. Located just minutes to Butchart Gardens and 1/2 hour to downtown.

Great family rental

Our family had a wonderful time, very comfortable stay except the upstairs bedrooms need air conditioning. Also be prepared to do laundry as you are expected to leave all the towels clean. The host was very accommodating and we really loved his deliveries of fresh berries

An actual 5 star property

Fantastic house, owner met us at check-in for a walk through and explained how everything worked. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was clean. The games room was epic and the kids had a blast. Beds, linens and towels were all first rate and communication was a breeze. I would very happily come for a return visit

Great location with large family sleeping (14)

This was an excellent property with easy location to Butchart Gardens and Airport. Fun children and teen activities with arcade. Hot tub and pool! Fully equipped with cooking equipment and tasty treats and liquor/pop. We had a very enjoyable week with 13 and enjoyed our stay and activities in the Victoria and Sydney area.

Fantastic property

My family stayed here for our Christmas holiday. There were 10 of us ranging in age from 10 to 71. It was perfect. The hot tub was used every day and the games rooms was amazing. Beautiful area for some walks and close enough drive to many beautiful locations. The house easily accommodated all of us for meals, games and sleeping. The owner/property manager were very helpful and quick to respond to our queries before and during our stay. Thank you Satnam and Kip!

An ideal house for large group

The house was very beautiful, and was a perfect fit for a party of 10. The host was very patient explaining all the details of the house when we first arrived. The house was very clean, and we could tell the host spent a lot of time maintaining the house. There was plenty of supplies in the house. The rooms were roomy and cozy. The game room was amazing which everyone would want to spend much time in there. Thanks for hosting us, would definitely want to come back and stay here again!

Lovely home in berry growing area

Great home for us 6 adults and 3 children. Satnam was there to show us how to use the game room and other aspects of his home. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes for a crowd. Master suite on 1st floor, 3 queen bedrooms up and children's room has 5 twin beds. Beds were comfortable and towels were soft! The downside is if you have a hot spell [85 F] in summer, the upstairs is quite warm. By now, the owner may have added another high power fan to draw in the cool night air. I think the shoulder seasons would be quite comfortable. It's a short drive to Butchart gardens. Downtown is about 20 minutes away. There are a number of parks nearby for the runners/walkers/joggers in the group. The pool and hot tub were a plus, and the game room was very popular. But best were the delicious berries Satnam brought us!

Beautiful house! We had 14 people and it was comfortable and very clean. The host gave us a walk-through when we got there, which I though was excessive at first, but it gave us a great sense of the house and we didnt have to wonder where things were or how to turn things on. The hot tub was great, we didn't end up going in the pool. The game room was a huge hit! Overall, we felt the home and the host were very welcoming and we would stay there again.

We had a fantastic multi-generational getaway at Seabrook Farmhouse to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday. The property was perfect for bringing everyone together—whether we were enjoying the games room, relaxing in the hot tub, or playing bocce in the yard. The open-concept living and dining area was ideal for hosting a memorable murder mystery dinner, and the well-appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare large family meals. We especially appreciated the level entry and main-floor primary bedroom, which made the home comfortable and accessible for guests with mobility challenges. (Note: the staircase to the second floor has a sturdy handrail but includes several steps that may be challenging for some.)The flat yard and quiet country roads just outside the property were perfect for leisurely walks after our big meals. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—Satnam has truly created a welcoming, well-equipped space for all ages.
