Beachwood Place complex is located on the beach and has 26 villas, located in the south Forest Beach area. It has a gated entrance to the complex and to the pool with pool deck, and lounge chairs. The private boardwalk to the beach is steps away.



NEARBY:

The Lowcountry Celebration Park- Hilton Head Island's newest park. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is an adventure playground featuring a reimagined ship, wading pool, Pavilion, fitness stations and restrooms. A must see for all ages!

Coligny Beach Park: one of the most popular and favorite beaches on the Island. It offers outside showers, restrooms, swings, free WIFI, seasonal beach equipment rentals, walking and biking paths.

Coligny Plaza- has over 60 restaurants and specialty shops. Memorial Day through Labor Day there are events and entertainment for all.

Free parking can be found around the entire Coligny Plaza Complex and is a 7 minute walk from the Villa.

Coligny Theater: Known to have the best popcorn on the Island and is also centrally located.

Great little condo!

It was the perfect little spot and located in walking distance to everything. The condo was adorable and had everything we needed. We go to HH every Memorial Day weekend and would choose this condo again if available.

Excellent location! Only real complaint is the elevator not working consistently and the amount of bugs seen. Otherwise enjoyed the stay and the area.

Fantastic beach villa!

This condo was the perfect spot for our family of 3! We loved the private beach access- the beachfront was not very crowded which was great! The pool was perfect and clean. The villa had everything we needed. Will stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachwood 3C! It was immaculate and gorgeous. The location can NOT be beat on HHI. We loved the proximity to Coligny Plaza. The place is quiet and relaxing with a nice beach access. The beds are comfy and the space is just perfect. Highly recommended.

Wonderful vacation spot

The place was very well decorated and clean. I loved how close it was to everything and especially the beach. It does come with a cart for the beach, which helped a lot touting beach chairs. My only complaint is the water pressure is very low, but that should stop you from considering renting. I would definitely book again!

Beachwood 3C Nice!

We had a great time staying here! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to comfortable seating in the living room. Beds were comfortable as well. The master suite does need room darkening shades as the condo buildings next door stairwell is very bright and too much light is let into the room. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, and short walk to the Coligny Plaza. Bike trails were a great part of staying here. We will be back again!

Fantastic Stay

Let me start by saying this was our 1st time visiting HHI. We loved it. Our condo was phenomenal. Had absolutely everything we could ever needed from Beach chairs, beach toys/wagon, even a pack n play. The condo was extremely clean, plenty of towels. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable, plenty of pillows options. We travel as family of 4 and it was the perfect stay. The walk to the beach was less than 5 min walk and the pool was always clean and well maintained. Loved that we were within walking distance to coligny park as well. Again this trip exceeded ALL of our expectations. My only recommendations would be black out curtains and although the unit doesnt have central AC, the individual units per room worked fantastic and keep the unti nice and cool! We will def be back!

Peaceful & Wonderful

I’ve had a phenomenal stay here, place is beautiful and immaculately clean. Great amenities, even in the kitchen! I was able to enjoy the sunrise this morning! The only thing I would recommend is to have blackout curtains on both of the bedroom windows. The hallway lights from the condominiums next-door shine into the room through the blinds at night. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here and I’m so grateful!

The condo was just as described in the listing. However, there was a mildewy smell upon entering the unit. The guest bathroom fan did not work. The primary bedroom duvet cover also smelled badly, as if it was put on the comforter before it was fully dry. While I understand it is somewhat inescapable in the South, there was a cockroach in the kitchen. Additionally, while the chairs and wagon are wonderful to have, they are a bit useless when there is no umbrella. We did not end up using the chairs for this reason. Great location but I don't think we would stay at this unit again.

Location was great but…

This place was very clean and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed being right on the beach. However, as one person already noted the master bathroom is TINY! Very little storage under the sink and shower is about the size of the one in a camper. Plus the pocket door lock was broken and therefore would not close all the way. There is a constant noise of dripping coming from the fan in the master bathroom as well. The other issue was there is no central A/C. They do have mini splits, but the home consistency felt humid. Last problem was the master pillows should be replaced. They were very flat. The location was great though and the place was one of the cleaner places I’ve stayed.
