Newly Remodeled! Beautiful one bedroom, one bath, oceanfront, 2nd floor unit. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We choose this unit because it was right on the beach with an amazing view and the view was amazing. And in the pictures the unit appeared to be nice and clean. Upon arrival we found out that the property shares space with another resort. We parked in the parking lot and had to go thru a back street to get to our unit. Very strange and not shown in any pictures on website. Inside unit was ok, kitchen was not as clean as it should be for a rental. Contacted property management and their solution was they could come clean again for us, we just needed them to come in while we were gone. I choose not to have them enter our rental for the week, and cleaned the kitchen myself and washed dishes before we used them. Overall not a great rental experience and we come to the islands every year.

Loved the updated and fun(ky) beach vibe. Everything we needed was provided and the little balcony overlooking the Pacific was perfection. Sunrises to die for...great pool and tide pools too. Condo is in a busy commercial area, yet once inside...an oasis awaits.

On the whole, very comfortable.
Excellent except for two points. The lanai chairs are uncomfortable, which led to us spending little time there, and A/C would be good. Despite the breeze, it did get quite warm at times. The interior was very comfortable and there was a recliner, which was an asset. Well equipped kitchen and great views. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.
