The apartment is modern and very well appointed. There is separate air conditioning in both bedrooms and both living rooms. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of both Batemans Bay shops and the marina. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be returning.

The 2nd bedroom is quite bright at night as the outside lights shine thru side gaps in blind. The sheets on the bed feel grainy and scratchy. The pillows are far too soft. Body wash/ shampoo/conditioner is insufficient. The shower in 2nd bedroom needed a good scrub as their was mould build up in the grout and bottom of shower door.

Lovely apartment in great location!

We had a lovely 2 night stay in this beautiful modern apartment. The apartment had everything we needed - 2 living spaces, 2 bedrooms with ensuites, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with a lovely water view! Thank you
