Bienvenue Ă  la Maison de l'Avocat! Cette belle maison est nichĂ©e Ă  l'arriĂšre du mont Helix avec une vue imprenable sur la ville et les montagnes environnantes. IdĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  une courte distance de l'autoroute 8 et de l'autoroute 94. À seulement 15 minutes de la plage et Ă  10 minutes du centre-ville de San Diego. Voyagez vers l'est et profitez des casinos!

Cette jolie maison dispose de quatre chambres bien amĂ©nagĂ©es. Deux chambres ont de nouveaux lits king, une chambre avec un lit queen et la quatriĂšme chambre a un lit gigogne qui peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© comme deux lits jumeaux ou un lit king size. Le maĂźtre a sa propre salle de bain. Grand salon avec vue sur la belle piscine d'eau salĂ©e et la vallĂ©e. Un canapĂ©-lit est dans le salon. La grande cuisine a tout l'Ă©quipement nĂ©cessaire pour les cuisiniers les plus exigeants. Une buanderie est incluse ainsi qu'un garage pour votre voiture de location. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very well appointed home! The beds were super comfy and the backyard views and vibe are spectacular! Enjoyed relaxing by the pool, having breakfast on the patio. The hosts were welcoming and communication with them was pleasant. Would love to stay here in the future!

Perfect fit for our little fish

We are so happy to have found this wonderful rental and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Our kiddos LOVED the pool and the entire property was well suited for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids.

Our second visit to this property on family vacation. It is marvelous. Spacious property with great ourdoor living with pool, lots of seating and amazing view. Well kept and very comfortable. Love staying here! Perfect location for hopping around San Diego.

Beautiful home, with amazing views and plenty of privacy. We were a party of seven with three generations and there was lots of room for us all to spread out but also be together when we wanted to be. The outside of the property is spectacular and the swimming pool was larger than we imagined it would be from the photos. There were lovely areas to sit and enjoy the view (which was different from each vantage point) and it was all well maintained.Inside was equally lovely, with everything you could possibly need made available to us as guests. Thank you for having us to stay - we will be back!

Amazing property, lots of fun!

We had an amazing stay at the Avocado House. The pictures represent it really well. The hosts have thought of everything. I figured I'd have to get a few things once we got there but really, I didn't need to. They were incredibly responsive to any questions I had also. The backyard and view is amazing. I'd love to come back and would recommend this home to anyone looking to relax and enjoy their stay in San Diego.

Incredible Home, Even More Incredible Views

This home is one of the best weve stayed at. The rooms are spacious, kitchen well stocked, location perfect, and the pool - so beautiful and relaxing. The outdoor space is absolutely stunning. We loved looking at all the beautiful plants. We truly hope to stay here again!

Great property!!!!

In town for SDSU family weekend and we prefer getting a house for the weekend. This was a lovely property with an amazing view and great privacy. Rooms for each of the kids with TVs was a plus. Hosts were extremely responsive and on top of things!!

Weekend at San Diego

The property was spectacular. Its location was centrally located which allowed us easy access to any of the multiple Things to Do spots in the San Diego area. The house itself was better than advertised. It provided views second to none and enough seclusion to allow us to enjoy the peace and quiet of the west coast.

Mini Oasis

This property was awesome. We had 2 families totaling of 8 people. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had 2 teenagers and 2 young kids under the age of 9. We went to the zoo and the safari park. Each time we came back we would take a dip in the pool and enjoy the city views. The hosts Jim and Dayna were super responsive. I would definitely book again.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This home has been lovingly cared for by the owners. It is a home that is shared with family, friends and guests. All the proceeds that are generated by the home go back into the house for continued upgrades and enhancements. Recently the Grows replaced all the windows in the house and upgraded the appliances. New large glass sliding doors were added to the living room to enhance the fantastic view. The Grows love sharing their home and continue to work on it keeping it in the best condition.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Avocado House is very unique. It has a "feel" of being in the country but is very conveniently located to everything. The property wraps around a hillside which gives visitors views from multiple angles. Patios circle the house and are connected by stone and tile walkways. Small gardens accompany the patios giving the house a secluded yet scenic setting.

The owners have continued to upgrade the interior and exterior of the home since it was purchased in 2001. The bathrooms have all been upgraded as well as the kitchen. The home is very clean and well appointed. The design is new, bright and airy.
