Welcome to MELIORA, a four season cottage located on a well maintained year round road in the town of Miller Lake.

The beautiful Grotto in the Bruce Peninsula National Park, Singing Sands Beach, Lion's Head Beach and Lighthouse, Black Creek Provincial Park, Greig's Caves, the Bruce Trail and the town of Tobermory are all within a 30 minutes drive.

This brand new, 2022 built cottage offers three bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests and two full washrooms. The vaulted ceilings, open concept layout with large windows truly takes advantage of the natural light the property has to offer. The cottage is fully winterized with central forced air heating and central air conditioner for the summer months.

A fully equipped kitchen has everything to create delicious meals, including basic spices, oils (canola and olive oil), coffee, tea and sugar. Cookware, glassware, cutlery, electric powered stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and a BBQ grill (BBQ grill is not available during the months of December to March.).

The cottage is equipped with a 75" smart TV, unlimited high speed internet and board games.

Soak up the sun during the day and star gaze the picturesque night sky while sitting around the campfire and enjoying s’mores.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

The cottage was a beautiful and quiet place to stay. It was very clean and well maintained. It was the perfect home away from home for our family. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Perfect location

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our family vacation, it is located 20 mins from Tobermory and 45 mins to Sauble beach with a bunch of other points of interests just mins away. The layout and cleanliness of the cottage was fantastic, we enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future.

It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our stay very much & recommend it.

Nice and clean and comfortable to stay at, with a close proximity to Lions Head, Tobermory and Sauble Beach. Would be easier for people if there was a water cooler so we could have bought the large drinking watrr jug.

Clean, very nice place

House was just as advertised. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, and beds were comfortable. Perfect size for 6 of us, plenty of space. 15 min drive to Tobermory and Lion's Head made it a great location.

Great Clean Relaxing Stay

This was everything that you see in the photos. Very clean and new. I was very impressed with the online and over the phone communication. They got back to us in a very prompt and timely fashion. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Well appointed and clean accomodation

Very clean and modern cottage with all ammenities. Nowadays it is an advantage to be a bit further away from Tobermory. We enjoyed our stay and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else who wants a comfortable stay. The price was also better than other locations around the area.

A treasure!

We visited this home for three nights in early June, on a multi-gen weekend getaway (5 guests). The property is exactly as advertised; it’s in beautiful condition and well stocked. Our contact was very communicative and professional; she even helped with an unexpected local hydro outage during check-in. The location is excellent for exploring the area by car… super convenient to the main road, and not too far from a darling campground (with great wood fire pizza) and leisure area at Miller Lake. We came home rested and refreshed… and my parents are already talking about going back again!

Spectacular property

The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need take a comfortable stay. Drive into Tobermory is 20 minutes which is not bad. The area around the fur pit is large enough for people to enjoy. The one challenge is that the water is not potable so unable to drink. Definitely not a deal breaker but would be a nice to have proper drinking water. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be back.
