This property was perfect for my wife and I and our dog. 4 minute walk to downtown, short walk to the bow river. Everything was perfect at the rental. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great getaway! Communication was great from start to finish, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The rental was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.The location was also very convenient to downtown Banff, making it easy to head into town for shopping or a meal while still having a great place to come back to and relax.This was our first trip to Banff, and we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect place to disconnect, slow down, and simply enjoy the incredible outdoors and scenery.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Banff!

Mark was an amazing host from day one when I asked questions about the property all the way through the checkout process. The suite was clean, well-equipped and most importantly only a few minute walk to downtown Banff. I strongly recommend looking no further if you are looking for a 1BR/1BA minutes from downtown and access to so many wonderful sites.

We enjoyed staying here very much. Clean and very well equipped. The apartment is very convenient for the Main Street in Banff but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Off- street parking is a big plus in Banff.

Absolutely wonderful! Very clean and well stocked unit, close to downtown Banff. Hosts were friendly and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and this is one of the best!

Great one bed apartment minutes walk from Banff Ave

This one bed apartment has everything you could need for a trip to Banff, minutes from downtown Banff Avenue and steps from tunnel mountain hike. It’s set up to be a great base for all banff and the surrounding areas has to offer, we will be staying here again when we visit.

Great place. Great location

The place is just as described and there are many things amenities provided. Coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a parking spot. Easily walkable to Banff restaurants and shops. Skied everyday, came back showered and walked to dinner. I would stay here again.

Cozy, comfortable and clean. Great location to walk to downtown. Parking can be difficult in Banff so it was also nice to have a dedicated parking space right your door. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Shower/bathtub was excellent - unlimited hot water and awesome for a soak after a long day of skiing. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet for a good nights sleep. Also nice that it is pet friendly. Good communication with host too. Highly recommend!

It has a perfect location where it is close to downtown, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Extremely clean. It truly has almost anything you would neee. Mark is very friendly and attentive to any of your needs. Would for sure stay here again!

Mark's place in Banff was perfect for our visit. The apartment is clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our 3 person family. The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked. Our teen daughter was very comfortable on the pullout couch and there was still room to move around even with our luggage. This was a ski trip for us so the large closet in the entryway and the outdoor ski closet were ideal so we could put everything away at the end of the day. And the location was really perfect. Just a 5 minute or so walk to downtown and a parking space always available for us in the driveway. Mark was also super responsive and easy to work with. We'd recommend this place and would love to stay here again if/when we get back to Banff.
