Pure Indulgence - Gorgeous Ocean View Home - Indoor/Outdoor Living at its Finest!,

Pure indulgence is just what you will experience when you holiday at this beautiful home. It is perched high on the hill to take in the gorgeous views of Merimbula Lake and the Pacific Ocean. Furnished to perfection with modern decor, this 2 level, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features an open living area as well as an impressive deck - perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing while you take in the fantastic views.

Pure Indulgence' provides comfort and space. The beautifully polished wooden floors guide you through the lovely living areas. There are 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8). The main bedroom has a King Bed. The second and third bedroom have Queen Beds and the 4th bedroom e bedrooms offer queen sized beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 x single beds. Please note that the 4th bedroom is accessed through the 3rd bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is perfectly positioned to take in the ocean views and includes all the necessary items to create a home cooked meal. Featuring modern appliances, dishwasher, gas stove top and plenty of bench space for preparation. The first living area offers a fantastic indoor/outdoor living space with views from the living area that opens to the great back deck where the views are even more spectacular.
Head downstairs to the second living area that even has its own bar and balcony. This is where you will find the third bedroom and bath room with a separate spa bath and shower.

Make use of the 2 flat screen T.VÂżs, air-conditioning, lock up garage and donÂżt forget the space!

Picturesque and like home

Absolutely outstanding.Everything was thought of, hairdryer, washing machine, every utensil you could think of! The attic for the kids added a little mystery to their stay, as well as the mini games table downstairs.It felt more like a home than just a place to stay.THE VIEW. Wow. So impressive, views across to Pambula, the back lane and front beach were breathtaking! You could sit there all day.Hopefully we will be back again!

Lovely spot with a view to die for.

We stayed for a week during rainy weather. the view out of the living room is perfect for curling up with a book or a movie on rainy days, watching the weather come across the ocean, lake and mountains. All the mod cons and comfortable living space, and a few min drive to the main shops and waterfront.

Magnificent

The photos of the views from this property do not do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful views from the large balcony. We had a wonderful stay here with my family. The property is very big and plenty of room and space for three couples and two small children. I would definitely look to book here again.

Perfect Gateway and location

Fantastic house and location, had everything we needed to make a relaxed, easy holiday. Our family and friends really enjoyed staying in this house. Gorgeous views and luxury settings.

The location of this house is outstanding; a few min drive to the verve of Merimbula, with views our all the way across the lake and over the ranges in the hinterland. One of the unexpected highlights of our stay was to sit and read on the lounge room, watching the rain clouds and mist roll across the bay and the ranges. On a sunny day, you can sit on the deck and watch the clouds. Marvellous.

Delightful family accommodation with the convenience of home. The property offers a cozy, relaxing and panoramic views of Merimbula. Great property with fantastic views

Views were spectacular especially from the huge balcony, Main bedroom & upper living area. Great place for a family holiday, especially with older children as had place to escape, plenty of room, everything worked, very clean, plenty of crockery & utensils and just ideal. A bit of a walk to town, including uphill home, meant a car is necessary but that is the price you pay for a great view
