A recently renovated inner Sydney, Camperdown, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with extensive leisure facilities such as large heated outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, gym, private car space, elevator to carpark and ground floor, panaramic views and just a short walk to local cafes, Tramsheds restaurants and light rail to Central Railway Station.
Parking for 10 GoGet car hires at the carpark entrance.
This stargazing 10th floor balcony apartment has an amazing inner city vibe, distance view of the Harbour Bridge and lots of incredible sunshine. Please note key collection needs to be between 9am - 5pm unless otherwise organised prior to booking.

Fantastic stay from start to finish, communication with owner was excellent, apartments was very spacious clean and comfortable with a large balcony, we stayed over the new year and debated where we would go to try and watch the new year fireworks, we decided to watch them from the apartment balcony as everywhere was very busy and we were not disappointed, the view of the city skyline and fireworks was fantastic. Definitely recommend this apartment, we had a bus stop just outside the apartment which would get us into the heart of the city within 10 mins. There is a small shopping area with a couple of restaurants within a 10 minute walk call TheTram Shed which is definitely worth a visit and also had an ice cream shop which was always busy. If we ever visit again I wouldn’t have any hesitation booking this apartment again.

Fantastic city skyline view. Awesome deck. Wonderful two bedroom-two bath condo. Convenient On site parking. Bus to downtown just outside the front entrance. Well appointed kitchen for dine in convenience. Wonderful park like setting w/classic swimming pool!

It is a very comfortable apartment close to our family. We were surpised by how quiet the aparment is with great sound attenuation between rooms and between apartments. Although we did not use the pool and gym they looked very attractive. There are Go-Gets avaialble in the parking area and it is a short walk to the supermarket and coffee shops in Booth St. The apartment is well fitted out and has everything you need. The furnishings are very good and tasteful. We enjoyed dinners on the spacious balcony and the warmth of the early morning sun which shines brightly into the apartment.

Location

It is Quiet but close to all the activities, and the view is just spectacular. The bus stop is right at the doorstep if public transport is required. The pool and Gym are great. The dedicated underground parking spot is wonderful to have.

Home away from home

Fantastic view, gorgeous apartment wonderful host

I stayed in this unit as part of a work visit, followed by a few days’ vacation with family. The apartment itself is fantastic, well appointed with everything needed for a stay of a week or more. Access to the gym and pool was a great bonus - and the views from the balcony were mesmerizing!! I was in contact with Peta prior to and during my stay and she was very welcoming and helpful. (The only minus was only having one set of keys.) I very much hope I’ll get to stay here again as it reminded me of my 11-month stay in the same complex 15 years ago only with a better view and an extra bedroom. It felt like home away from home!

Fantastic accommodation

The pictures do not do this place justice - it is better than any five star hotel! Spotlessly clean, well equipped (no fewer than two le creusets), and the 50m pool, gyms and indoor pool are as good as they sound! Great location too, if you want to get into the city - bus right on the doorstep direct to Martin Place. 5 minute walk to local shops with a good supermarket and cafes. Thank you for having us.

Great apartment

Absolutely loved Rex’s apartment it was beautifully decorated also had a large smart tv and the comfortable beds. Amenities are a five minute walk away including supermarket bottle shop and lots of coffee shops and restaurants! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

24 night stay

Visiting family who live in the area. Apartment was lovely. Beautiful city views. Bus stop outside for regular buses to the centre of town. Very clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Apartment

The Sterling Circuit development has 2 swimming pools and 2 gyms, its in a great location for public transport and has secure private parking. I would normally mention an area for improvement but this apartment is superb - and i would definitely look to stay again

Comfortable Stay in Camperdown

This is a well set up apartment with a beautiful porch. We had great views of downtown and were able to view the New Year’s Eve fireworks. We were within 5 minutes of walking to bus stops and the tram. Grocery stores and restaurants are also nearby either walking or a short bus ride. Rex kept in touch and answered any questions we had. This was a wonderful VRBO stay.

My cell phone, being from out of the country, would not allow me to download email attachments which is how the check in process was communicated. Because of this, the check in process did not go smoothly. Once we were in, everything was wonderful.

Rex and Peta could not have been more helpful to ensure we felt welcome and were comfortable throughout our stay. Great location with local cafes and easy access to city, a swimming pool to keep the youngest member of our party happy and accessible access in and out of the apartment to accommodate the oldest member of our party. Delightful!
