Welcome to our spacious family home in a new residential neighbourhood in Fergus. Located in a quiet, family-friendly community, the home is just minutes from Highway 6, Walmart, restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful village of Elora.

Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this two-storey home can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it an excellent choice for families, friends, or group stays.

The main floor features a bright open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, and a separate family room—perfect for gathering, dining, or relaxing together.

Upstairs, you'll find four well-appointed bedrooms with five beds, while the living room includes a sofa bed that sleeps two. With plenty of space throughout the home, everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay.

We loved our stay at Olu’s. The house was very spacious for 5 adults and a great new neighbourhood. It was only a short drive into Elora to shop and go for dinner.

Olu’s property is beautiful and exactly as listed although there is an additional queen bed in the large master suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The property is only a 10-minute drive to Elora. Check in was very simple and Olu was an excellent host who responded to my questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Olu!

The home suited our needs well. The only thing that didn't work good for us is that the house was a new build and because the yard and drive were very unfinished it made it sometimes unsafe for our mother to get into the house on her own. The inside of the home contained most of our needs and was comfortable! The property owner communicated promptly and was very helpful!!! Their kindness put a special touch to our weekend.

Comfortable and Enjoyable Experience

The accommodation was very satisfactory for 5 senior ladies. We loved coming back after a day of touring studios and relaxing and enjoying down time then dinner without having to go to a restaurant. The kitchen was well equipped.. The beds where very comfortable and having 2 full and 1 half bathroom was great. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would add is, it would have been nice to have more information about the fireplace operation, the second TV room TV operation and what was available on the TV. This is not a negative....just a suggestion.

Fergus / Elora Vacation

The home in Fergus was very nice and new construction. The location was fabulous. It is close to shopping, hiking, and markets. One complaint would be that the leather on the couch in the living room was peeling off which made it difficult to sit on without having slivers of leather falling onto the floor and on to our clothing. We were a little disappointed that there was no grass anywhere in the neighborhood due to the construction. All in all, we would recommend staying here.

Great host, lots of room

We had a very positive experience here. The host was very responsive to messages and accommodated all our requests. The house was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and just about everything we needed was there including spare toothbrushes! This is a new house—as the listing states, and there is a lot of construction going on around it. The landscaping and driveway are not yet finished so this may not be the best place for families with children who like to be outside. We were there for a few days to attend a family wedding in Elora and it was perfect.
