Wonderful house with lots of food and activity within a short drive. The house has tons of bed and bedrooms for a large family and an amazing view off the balcony.

Log cabin was beautiful. A beautiful calm country view. Close to hiking trails, Elora and many other spots of interest. Highly recommend. We were 7 and it was more than roomy.

An amazing place to stay, quite the structure in all wood and interesting rooms and nooks. Cozy and convenient for a big group (with kids). We also enjoyed the winter landscape in the surrounding area. Would definitely return.

Great place to spend time with family

Cottage is in great location and is well equipped with all the necessities. It was super comfy for all of us and we look forward to another stay there, possibly in the summer. Thanks for your hospitality

Love the house! Very cozy and it's all log cabin.. comfortable beds and big kitchen with table is a bonus! We played cards there. Just perfect size for friends group!

Our multigenerational family gathering of 11 people enjoyed our stay over a long weekend at the Austrian Log house. My in-laws especially appreciated the fine craftsmanship of the house and peaceful surroundings. Their favourite spot was the wooden swing! Overall the house was spacious, with lots of places for different groups to hangout, the kitchen was well equipped, the grounds well kept, the beds were comfortable, and the teenagers enjoyed movie nights, the volleyball net, and the fire pit. The host, Rebecca, and her husband were very responsive and lovely to deal with. The location was very close to Elora and the gorge which we got to enjoy seeing, as well as St Jacob’s Market. We highly recommend a stay at this unique Austrian Log house.

Girls Weekend Getaway

This property was amazing! We had a group of 10 and everyone absolutely adored this place. There was so much space for everyone to feel comfortable, and the hosts were so helpful. Would love to return to this property again.

Beautiful gem!

We had a wonderful stay. The pictures in the listing don’t do the property justice. It was very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and had lots of charm. Nice for a large group!

Wonderful getaway for all ages

It was a real treat to stay at the Austrian Log House. Clean, spacious, fun for my own family elderly parents and baby nephews. The hosts were gracious and prompt to respond to messages. Everything about our time here was pleasant and east. Thank you Becky and Tim!

An amazing stay and property.

My partner and son stayed at this property with two other families. The house is absolutely beautiful and in wonderful shape. Everything was clean, we were provided with all the details we needed, and even some extras! Communication was excellent and we were given a whole tour upon arrival. Cannot recommend this property enough!
