Positioned perfectly between beach and bay: only 2 minutes drive to the popular Rye foreshore and shopping strip, and 3 minutes drive to oceanside walking trails with spectacular views and beach access.



Tastefully refurbished with holiday escapes in mind, creating a sense of bright open spaces with sunny windows and natural textures, all with a fuss-free flavour. This elevated home catches stunning sunlight all day and romantic sunsets from the westerly facing balconies.



- Location: 1.7 km to the Bay, 2.6 km to the Ocean.

- Dining: 8 seat dining table beside the kitchen, 8 seat alfresco dining set on the patio in the backyard.



- Bedding: quality linen bedding and towels provided.



- Entertainment: Free WiFi, Smart TV.



- Climate Control: reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout, including all bedrooms and downstairs studio.



- Bathrooms: The Main bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet, and the 2nd bathroom is the ensuite in the studio with shower, hand-basin and toilet.



Sleeping Arrangements:



Studio: Queen Bed, TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning, L-shaped lounge, TV, ensuite with shower, basin and toilet.

Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don’t comply.
