Was a fantastic quiet getaway for the wife and I, easy walking to local shopping/eating, and a quick drive to the pines. Would love to stay again.

Winter getaway from MI

We are 3 sisters 75 and over; had a great getaway from the MI winter for a few days. The house was big, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed.

This property is located in a lovely neighborhood- nicely landscaped homes in a quiet area of town. We saw an elk roaming the street while we were enjoying a walk. The front porch and back deck are welcoming for a small group to relax.

Lovely Place to Stay

Beautiful home

There was a few spiders in the house but overall it was very cozy close to everything and it was a good home away from home. I work up in payson and was there for few days was very happy.

Charming cottage!

This house has all the cabin feels… Terrific outdoor places to enjoy outside! Charming porches. Great quiet neighborhood. Beds very comfortable. We golfed nearby and listened to music in the park that was fantastic ! A great get away … we will be back !

Fun stay in quaint cottage

Older but very cute and clean cottage that is very well stocked and guest friendly. We enjoyed the warm evenings out on the patio both in the front and the back. Quiet neighborhood. Six Bicycles in the garage and lower activity room has an assortment of games. Kitchen has all the spices and accessories you need to eat in. The s’mores fixins was a nice touch. Great host!

Great home

We had a wonderful time. We came to Payson to explore on our side by side. Lots of great trails. House was very nice lots of space. Loved the front porch swing. If we come to Payson next year we will definately stay again. Alot of extra goodies for snacking which was a nice surprise. Only issue was the narrow and steep driveway to back side by side in. And visibility.

Relaxation in the Pines

We had a wonderful stay at this Payson property. The host, Traci, was extremely communicative and helpful; any questions I had via text were answered within minutes. The house is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, and has so many different areas to relax. A nice back deck with a large table and gas grill, a large dining table inside, large living room with a fireplace, a large front porch with rocking chairs, and a “game room” downstairs with a giant TV and lots of board games and card games. And it’s homey…the decor is fun to look at and the furniture is actually comfortable! And it’s only about 4 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. We’re very happy to have found this property, and hope to return!

Great location

Nice older home in quiet neighborhood. Great location to grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable home with comfortable beds but older decor and lots of it. It was nice to have all the deck space to enjoy. The home was well stocked on dishes. Lots of food items left in fridge and cupboards but wasn’t sure whose it was and how long it had been there. Very nice of owner to leave snacks to make S’mores and popcorn. However we weren’t sure if we should light propane fire pit in front of the house due to “High” fire danger posted outside town. There was lots of brush around it so decided it wasn’t good idea. Couldn’t park in garage as stated due to no space. There were bikes available for riding and games and puzzles in the downstairs room. It was surface clean but I think being the end of Summer renting, I think the floors could use a good cleaning after seeing the bottom of our socks. And the throw blankets smelled like prior renters allowed their pets to lay on them. Otherwise would recommend.
