A spacious 4 bedroom house located in the desirable North Glenora neighbourhood of Edmonton that is minutes from downtown and the river valley. The main level includes a living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a family room. The master bedroom features a king bed, an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The fully finished basement includes a recreational room, a laundry room and a full bathroom. The backyard is fully fenced. Your perfect home away from home!

Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in the desirable North Glenora neighbourhood of Edmonton! This spacious home features a comfortable and modern interior, with plenty of room for your group or family to relax and spread out. Our home is pet-friendly as well!

The main level of the house boasts a large open-concept living and dining area, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up delicious meals, and features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The main level also includes the master bedroom with a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and a full bathroom.

Working from home? The home is equipped with a dedicated working space.
Downstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious recreational space. All of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished and feature plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a spacious king bed and the other 3 bedrooms have queen beds. There is a complete laundry room available.

Outside, you'll enjoy a large fenced yard, perfect for kids and pets to play safely. There is plenty of street parking.

Our home is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, and is just minutes away from all the attractions and amenities that Edmonton has to offer. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a business trip, or a special event, our house is the perfect home base for your stay in Edmonton. Some of the nearby attractions include West Edmonton Mall, which is one of the largest malls in North America, University of Alberta, Elk Island National Park, which is great for nature lovers, and the Alberta Aviation Museum which is perfect for history buffs. Within walking distance is the famous Edmonton River Valley that offers miles of trails for hiking and biking, as well as stunning views of the city. The city centre is also a short drive away, where you can find the renowned Royal Alberta Museum, Rogers Arena and the iconic Alberta Legislative Building.

I absolutely loved staying at this place. They were accommodating for my family and cats while we waited on our house to be renovated. Fast responses generally, clean house, great amenities. The house is bright, spacious, and situated on a quiet block with a decent yard and within walking distance of parks and shops. I really enjoyed my time there.

Loved staying here. It was clean, bright, and comfortable. The house is spacious with plenty of amenities, great yard on a quiet block, nice windows with natural light. My family and cats were well-accomodated while we waited for our house reno to finish and we honestly had a hard time leaving. The host communicated quickly and was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a somewhat centrally located place to stay.

This was the perfect accommodations for our families to stay at for a wedding weekend. The beds were comfortable and having 3 full bathrooms was a huge bonus! Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the fenced backyard.

The location of this home was great for our vacation. Very convenient to many local attractions. The home is modern but showing its wear and some upgrades/attention is needed. It’s a pet friendly home but wasn’t expecting dog hair to be still around. We had small children on the floor so this was not the best. The hosts were good to communicate with and were accommodating for our request to check in one hour early.

Perfect home for three adults and two teens

Quiet, clean and very comfortable. Everyone had their space. We would definitely stay here again. Improvements: More towels and a kettle is needed for tea. Thank you to the owners for making our weekend a great experience.

This house was fine. It's in a nice central location close to grocery stores. It's been renovated but is starting to show it's age and the furniture it starting to get a bit beat up. It's a nice, comfortable place to stay, nothing too fancy. The kitchen is stocked with minimal items but its manageable.

Great location, but some issues

Overall the house met our needs with 4 beds and three full baths. We did have a few issues that were identified, acknowledged and will hopefully be resolved before it is rented again. The house is in need of a freshening up as some areas are showing wear and some of the furniture needs replacement. The online photos are out dated example: photos that show a bar-b-que, table and chairs and lounging area in the backyard is not accurate at all. Would I rent this place again, probably not, unless I was assured that identified problems had been fixed/attended to and that the overall cleaning standards were improved.

Winning interior; losing exterior

The house has been modernized nicely and in a great central location. Essentially 4 bedrooms with three washrooms and nice recreation room downstairs and great kitchen, dining and living areas. About 10 maximum for comfortable stay. The backyard is not landscaped and the weeds were over a foot high, harbouring mosquitoes. Not really very usable at all. Front yard was not mowed either. Notified owners and after five days, after check out yards were mowed. House was very functional and near parks and amenities but the gardener needs to be let go!
