This lovely architect designed, award winning, waterfront home, provides the perfect getaway for families, groups and couples. The contemporary, modern, relaxed design will make your holiday one to remember. Magnesium pool, massive internal grassed courtyard, outdoor showers and waterfront grassed area with kayaks.
An easy 4 minute walk to pristine Cabarita Beach, shops, restaurants, surf club and hotel.
Local shuttle bus access to Falls Festival, Blues & Roots Festival, Splendour in the Grass.

The home features a large open courtyard at its core, making this a great place for children and adults to play, bringing the inside out and the outside in. Catch fish and crabs in the back yard, swim and relax in and around the magnesium pool, take a kayak down to the lake or listen to and watch the amazing birdlife from one of the outdoor hammocks. This property has it all and is completely private.

Fantastic holiday home

Danielle is an amazing host that goes that extra mile to make you feel so welcome & comfortable in this fantastic family holiday home. Very well equiped with plenty of space. Will definitely be back for a summer holiday in the future.

Amazing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at ‘The Ultimate Beach House’! From the moment we booked Danielle was a pleasure to deal with. For our extended family and dogs the house provided a range of different spaces for everyone to enjoy. The pool table, giant yard and gorgeous pool were a hit. Everything is in walking distance and the beach was beautiful. This house is so well equipped and has absolutely everything you would ever need on a holiday. Can’t wait to visit again!

Paradise!

Wow! The description and pictures don’t do this place enough justice! It’s perfect! Magic location, close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Beautiful home all centralised around the gorgeous outdoor area. Would recommend to all ages for any holiday. Definitely planned to stay here again. Thanks guys you’ve created such a beautiful spot!

Perfect Place

Wow! We loved every minute of our stay and the property exceeded expectations. We had a group of 7 adults and couldn’t have chosen a better place to relax and have fun. Danielle was so helpful and organised a VIP transfer to & from Splendour in the Grass. We arrived to lots of goodies in the fridge including a massive fruit platter and even ice creams in the freezer 😊 Will definitely be back!!

Absolutely perfect!

Danielle was incredible with her communication and accommodating our requests. The house is even more beautiful than the photos. My only feedback would be a simpler cooling system for summer months. We found these a bit tricky to use and not quite enough to cool the space down. Thanks so much Danielle!

You only need to pack your bags for this comprehensive holiday experience.

This was the best every holiday house we have ever stayed in over many years of holiday stayz experience. As well as being so well placed near beautiful unspoiled and not overcrowded beaches, restaurants, and cafes, there was so much to do at the home stay location. Every conceivable board game, water activity devices, canoes, including well-maintained bikes was provided. The welcome fresh fruits, bacon and eggs, and bread was much appreciated along with a huge number of condiments, including olive oil and an array of spices and essentials was provided. The bed linen was high quality along with a generous amount of bath and pool towels. The hosts were generous and did everything possible to make our stay fun, comfortable and welcoming. We loved it so much that we will make this a permanent holiday stay.

Perfect secluded getaway

After staying once in 2019, we were very excited to find this epic house back online on Stayz and it was even better than we remembered! The house itself is a masterclass in layout with the central courtyard as the focal point for the open-plan living areas - perfect for family getaways. Between the canoe, SUP, kayaks, magnesium pool and patio area, the pool table plus plenty of board games, bikes and surfboards, our biggest issue was finding the time to get amongst it all. Tucked into the backstreets, it’s so quiet and peaceful but the delights of Cabarita (that beautiful beach, the stunning headland and excellent restaurants and cafes) are still super walkable too, even with the ultimate anti-walker - a six-year-old - in tow. It was especially hard to leave this time around - our son was in tears he had such a good time - but we’ll be back, hopefully sooner than 4.5 years!
