Merci de visiter notre liste. Le lac, les montagnes et la beautĂ© vous attend Ă  votre arrivĂ©e Ă  City Beach Brownstone. Les familles sont venus de tous les coins des États-Unis pour profiter de notre maison. Nous espĂ©rons que si vos voyages vous conduisent Ă  Coeur d'Alene, vous pourrez ĂȘtre notre invitĂ©. Profitez d'une tasse de café du matin sur le porche couvert et se préparer pour une journée au bord du lac. Il y a seulement sept maisons entre vous et la plage de la ville (environ 3 minutes à pied. Cette plage surveillée de personnel se trouve à quelques minutes de la classe mondiale Coeur d'Alene Resort, ainsi que le parc de la ville à l'ambiance familiale.

Le 'City Beach Brownstone' est situĂ© dans le prestigieux quartier «Fort Grounds». Cette maison en pierre 1905 a Ă©tĂ© complĂštement «re-inventé» en 2006 en prenant soin de maintenir le cƓur et l'Ăąme des maisons. Planchers de bois franc brillent dans toute la maison sur deux niveaux. Cette maison bien amĂ©nagĂ©e comprend des draps de luxe, bain Ă  remous trempage, comptoirs en granit, baignoire clawfoot original, art contemporain Ă©purĂ©, mobilier confortable, et deux histoires pour Ă©taler votre famille.

Si vous envisagez des vacances en famille cette maison vous met pas de l'excitation en bord de mer encore entouré d'un quartier tranquille. North Idaho College jeux d'été sont facilement accessibles à pied, ainsi que le chùteau Jouer Structure dans le parc de la ville.
Le célÚbre parcours de golf Coeur d'Alene avec son ßle verte est à proximité ainsi que Tubbs Hill, Parachute ascensionnel, grands restaurants, galeries d'art, et le shopping.

The house was immaculate and had plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen had lots of items if you wanted to prep food, as well as a large and single cup coffee maker. There were plenty of towels as well as a washer in case you needed to wash clothes.

Location is indeed great! This sweet house is in a charming, peaceful neighborhood that’s an easy stroll to the lake, the park and downtown, though I had a challenge prying myself off that adorable porch. We loved it! The owner couldn’t be more responsive and helpful. They have done an admirable job of enhancing and modernizing a historic abode while maintaining its integrity. There are lots of thoughtful touches throughout. We had a good experience there.

Family weekend on the lake

We have stayed here years in a row and always enjoy our stay. Excellent location, all the amenities and space we need, and a great front porch to relax in a watch the day go by. We will be back again!

We loved the location, the street was so charming, the home was adorable and had most everything we needed. I really enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the mornings while drinking my coffee and reading. The host was very personable and responsive! It fit our family and my mother in law perfectly. Would stay here again!

Great location, fun very old home with a great front porch. Some deferred maintenance with a taped together broken front window. Day of arrival host was not responsive and had 4 hour wait to get instructions for entry to home but still got in before 4 pm start time. Upstairs is quite hot even with two window AC units. But you can’t beat the location.

Beautiful home, great location

We loved our stay at this property. It’s just that we couldn’t get the tv to work and the two upstairs rooms were stifling hot. The windows were difficult to open and the air conditioner in the first bedroom didn’t work properly.

Great location for CDA

We love coming here for a weekend in CDA. Beach, resort, shops, parks are all walkable and everything else in town is a short drive away. Beautiful neighborhood and charming home

We will be back!

Oh this place was an absolute delight! Old house with the most charming character! But also had all the modern conveniences. The location was perfect. We walked to the water, park, and downtown CDA multiple times. We played games and read on the darling porch. The host was super communicative and, though we had zero issues with the place, I know he'd have been all over it if we had. I can't rave about it enough. It checked all the boxes.

Loved this cute house. The location is excellent, and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only concern was the with the very, very warm second floor where two bedrooms and a bathroom are located. The very loud AC units just could not keep up, and the windows don’t open. The occupants of those rooms wore earplugs to bed and were quite hot until about 2 am. As other reviewers have said, a little TLC and refreshing throughout would be welcome. The porch in my view was the best part of the house and outside of sleeping we spent most of our time there.

Needs Repair

The location of this property is fantastic! Walking distance to the beach and park! The neighborhood is lovely. Lots of older homes that have been remodeled. This home was very clean and the communication was awesome. However, this home needs a lot of work. I wish I could add pictures. Several unsightly items inside (whomever did the remodel needs to be fired), the yard is a mess and the front porch was very dirty (we cleaned it as best we could) and the table and chairs all need repair. The porch is disappointing as that is the sweetest spot in the house. Also the upstairs was very warm for sleeping. They did have portable room coolers, but didn't help much. Some of the window couldn't be opened since they still had storm windows on them and not screens. I don't usually complain, but I rely on other peoples reviews in making my decision on what to rent so felt I needed to be really honest. We rent VRBO's all over the world.

Quaint home in Fort Grounds

We loved our stay at Dan’s home. The home is quaint and comfortable. We loved the location. You can walk to lake and downtown to restaurants and shops. Dan responded to all my questions and was easy to work with. We would stay again

Fort Grounds Vacation

Terrific location and property. So easy to walk into town! Dan and Brett were excellent hosts....we had a Wi-Fi issue on our 1st night and they resolved it immediately the next day.
