Whether you come for a long or short stay, our oasis provides the perfect base for creating lasting memories during your trip to Tauranga.

The open plan living opens out to the outdoor entertainment space with comfortable lounging and all-day sun. This is also equipped with outdoor umbrellas and a dining table to make the most of the sunny days.

The Kitchen is stocked with salt, pepper, oil, a few spices and all the essential cookware you need to cook up a storm during your stay. There are even fresh herbs growing outside the kitchen for you to use. Tea and coffee is also available for you.

When you aren't out exploring, there is a smart TV in the living room for you to cast all your favourite programmes or watch live TV.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, an Ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk in wardrobe for you to unpack your luggage and truly make yourself at home.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and a large wardrobe to store your luggage.

Bedroom 3 has a King Single bed and a Single bed too. If you need to make more space for a portacot (not provided) you can fold down the single bed to fits neatly under the King Single bed to make more space.

All bedrooms have quality linens to ensure you have a good nights rest when you stay.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity and bath. There are bath salts in the vanity to fully unwind and relax during your stay and there are even some bath toys in there for our littlest guests to enjoy. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.

Both bathrooms have hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for you to enjoy during your stay.

There is a laundry available to you with washing machine and dryer and is stocked with washing powder to ensure you have everything you need on longer stays.

About the area - Welcome Bay
You and your family will not be far from exploring everything Tauranga has to offer like Kaiate Falls a 10 min drive away (8.7km) or the enjoyable bush walks for any level to Johnson Reserve to see the waterfall which is a 5 min drive away (3.4km).

Tauranga CBD is a short 9km drive away, Papamoa 11km and Mount Maunganui is 13.7km away from the home.

There is a Four Square, takeaway shops and other amenities nearby 1.4km down the road in the Welcome Bay shopping area.
