Just a short stroll from the apartment, across the road and around the corner, the glorious sands of Papamoa Beach await. Morning walks, an afternoon surf, or simply unwinding by the water will quickly become part of your holiday rhythm.

Our ground‑floor apartment offers 80 sqm of comfortable living for families of up to five, thoughtfully set up to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Due to local regulations, we’re unable to provide a full oven, but everything else is ready for you: free Wi‑Fi, Netflix, a piano for those who like to play, and plenty of board games for relaxed evenings. And if baking or roasting is essential, your hosts live onsite and may be able to help.

When you’re not sipping and sizzling in your private outdoor area, the nearby Coast precinct, with Fresh Choice supermarket, Good Home Gastro Bar, and Pearl Kitchen offers great food, essentials, and a friendly local vibe, all within a 10‑minute walk.

For a wider shopping fix, Bayfair and Papamoa Plaza are both just a 5‑minute drive away. On a good day, you can reach Tauranga city centre or the base of Mount Maunganui in under 20 minutes. Public transport is also easily accessible from the apartment.
