We are so glad you enjoyed the location and your stay at Bear Valley Splash and we appreciate your recommendation. We hope you will be able to visit us again soon!
We found hair in our sheets upon pulling them back the first night. Very dusty blinds, decor, floor boards. Two of the three showers were draining poorly. (This was fixed the day that we called). The shower liner had mildew. (This was remedied with a new liner, again on the same day that we called). One bathtub has peeling, stained (black/brown caulk that was supposed to be white). Pool area was clean, lower basement play area was clean. There were stains on the outdoor furniture and the covered deck could use a sweep and scrub. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There appeared to be an issue with the roof in that we noted some leaking near the living area over the sofa as well as another spot in the kitchen.
We apologize for the issues you had during your stay and appreciate you bringing them to our attention so that we can take care of them. We hope you will visit the Smokies again.
