Excellent. We've rented before and continue to rent this same condo as it is beautifully appointed, walkable distance to town, and on the water. Perfect pairing.

The owners put their heart into every detail imaginable. The kitchen has every glass, plate, cookware and appliance to prepare a renter's favorite cuisine. Travelers are a few short blocks to take in the quaintness of the nearby town, which boasts fun shops, dining, and New England flair. Though, mobility renters can manage in this spacious condo, there are two steps to enter the living room, where they will have use of a toasty fireplace and outdoor sitting area to enjoy the harbor. A wonderful property to reside.

Boothbay Harbor Getaway

The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels/linens. The location is within walking distance of central Boothbay Harbor but in a secluded neighborhood that is very quiet. We enjoyed the “shoulder season” a few weeks before the tourists began to arrive, but found enough dining establishments open to keep us fully sated for the week! We all agreed we’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Well-appointed Boothbay Harbor Home

The owners left nothing to be desired. They provided every kitchen utensil, plate, cookware, linen, and state-of-the-art appliance to prepare four-course meals. Warm, toasty fireplace and adequate throws kept the chill off during my Winter stay. As spectacular as their view is the close proximity to a sweet, little town boasting all types of shops. The only omission during my stay was need for a flashlight or flameless-candle during the power outage. Otherwise, travelers will thoroughly enjoy this well-appointed, thoughtfully organized home-away-from-home.

From the owner: "Hi Deborah! Thank you so much for your kind words about our Condo at Signal Point. You were a great guest, and we are so happy you enjoyed your stay. We have tried to create a comfortable and pleasing home for our visitors. We very much appreciate your comments about the flashlight. Unfortunately, we did have one in the outdoor closet, and we will be sure to have it inside for our next guests. We hope you are having a pleasant winter and look forward to having you as our guest again in the future."

Idealic Stay

We have rented this delightful condo several vacation stays in the past and it never fails to charm us with it's location and beautiful interior spaces. It's a very well maintained property with high end furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. Everything has been carefully thought of to provide the renter with what she or he needs. It is a home away from home in every respect.

Host level of communication perfect. Condo meticulously clean, beautifully decorated (while being uncluttered) very comfortable and very functional. It’s evident the owners have thoughtfully considered what guests will enjoy. We come to BBH every summer for the gardens, sailing, shopping and dinning. Also, very important to us is the tranquility. This location on Mill Cove invites relaxation. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and thank the owners for sharing their lovely home.

Hi Shauna: Thank you for sharing your comments. I always try to check in with our guests several times during their stay. You are important to us, and we want to make sure any issues are taken care of immediately. We agree about the tranquility which is the main reason we bought our condo at Signal Point. You were wonderful guests and we see you are already booked for next year! We wish you a wonderful summer and healthy year ahead. Thank you so much for considering our home again. Sincerely, Rebecca
