Urban Eden in South Yarra is a lovely modern apartment, located on the 4th level of the boutique Ella apartment building.
The apartment combines a modern city vibe with soft furnishings and greenery, bringing an urban garden ambience to the property. The open plan living area has split-system air-conditioning and features a comfortable 2 seater couch, a separate arm chair, 4 seater dining table, 55 inch Smart LED TV, Netflix and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Smeg gas stove and electric oven, microwave, LG fridge, Smeg dishwasher and Nespresso DeLonghi coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a European laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 4 people.

Access to public transport is excellent. South Yarra railway station and two major tram line stops are located about 200 metres from the apartment, providing easy access to Melbourne's CBD, Southbank and St Kilda.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed a weekend stay at the South Yarra apartment. Couldn’t recommend it more highly, the hosts were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The apartment is spacious and everything worked perfectly. Can’t wait to go back to this great location.

The location was great - just a few minute walk to the train station, and lots of restaurants and small markets nearby. The host did an excellent job of communication particularly with lots of photos of how to get the key fob, where to tap to entry and the elevator, etc. Communication in general was very good. All our needs were taken care of - particularly having a separate dryer after washing our clothes - versus the combo single units that never dry your clothes just right. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

South Yarra Rental

Slight mix-up in getting into the property delayed our stay but didn’t detract from the great location right on Toorak Street. It would have been nice if there was a spare roll of toilet paper for a 7 day stay. We’d recommend it to friends.
