Alan is a lovely host, however the property is cluttered, undergoing renovations and dirty. The bathrooms are unfinished - we had no sink, no floor drain, no floor tiles and dirty bath mats. Bath towels were threadbare. Linen was clean however.Location is terrific - close to trams, train, restaurants and shops.

It was amazing really enjoyed the stay, the owner was amazing and sweet. Had no issue whatsoever was smooth and words can’t describe how much happier I was with this stay there are a bit of stairs however nothing that won’t make u go up and down it it was fun and amazing the place was clean and tidy and sweet

We had the best time staying so central to everything in Melbourne city and surrounds. It felt very Comfortable and was a great base to go here and there from. Would defintely return. The location was awesome.

Amazing place in a Great Location with a Friendly Owner

This was an amazing house, perfectly clean and had everything needed to enjoy our stay. It was in a great location, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming, being very easy to communicate with.

Great location, plenty of privacy and space for couples but place wasn’t that clean, looked like it was lived in and they just moved out for the weekend.

Was hugely disappointed in the place. It wasn’t clean at all. It was that bad we were unable to stay. When the host was contacted he never replied to us making things very stressful. The outside areas were full of dead plants and ripped furniture. There were mouldy cushions on the couch. Toilets were disgusting dirty tea towels hanging, cups not being washed the list goes on. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay definitely would not recommend. The host should post photos of the bedrooms because the layout was very weird. Only good thing about the place was the location.

We had a great stay at this property. The house is spacious and excellent to have a garage for our rental car. It is a great location too. Good exercise going up and down the stairs.

Absolutely fantastic location!We fit two Mitsubishi Outlanders in the off-street garage, so rare for such a location.The facilities were mostly good, but you can tell the property is past its prime. Don't let this stop you though, this is a great place to stay, with so much room for everyone.
