Great Location!!

This is the perfect location to stay as close to shopping and restaurants. Very clean, spacious, amazing view of the city with large windows.

Family Getaway

Thank you for a lovely place to stay. It was central to everything we needed for the weekend. The apartment was presented lovely and met the needs of my family. It was easily accessible and when we come back to Melbourne, will be sure to try and stay there again. Many thanks.

Did what we needed on a busy weekend in Melbourne

Pretty basic but met our needs for the weekend. Blinds on windows were galling down so we didnt wven attempt to close them. Communication was a little patchy but managed to workout things like bedding for the Sofa bed we had requested (had to take a sheet from the dryer which your asked not to do) Wouldn’t book here again but found it to be cheap and cheerful on an expensive concert weekend so it did what it needed to do

Not as expected.

Although the location and views were incredible, the apartment lacked the basic attention to cleanliness and completeness. The description says that everything is included including bedding. The beds were not made, pillow cases were not on, duvets were not covered. towels were still in the dryer when we arrived. Internet/Wifi was not working, on the 40th floor we had bad reception, and we could not access the internet. We could not find the A/C remote, for the whole week, with very hot and humid weather, made the stay uncomfortable to say the least. Doesn't look like anybody even had a look over before we arrived. We didn't get instructions to access the property, until we arrived, and had to message the manager. No instructions on how to use any of the facilities either. Disappointing to have the experience in such an incredible location.
