Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
This is a beautiful modern, 2 storey home. On the main floor you will find a highly upgraded kitchen (quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry), fully stocked with all the dishes, cutlery, cooking tools, pots, pans & small appliances needed to cook during your stay. There is an eating bar along one side of the kitchen with space for 3 to sit and enjoy a meal, and behind that a dining table with seating for 4 people.

The first day we could not stay because the furnace was not working. I need a refund for that. The carpets are dirty and the coffee maker is not clean. Stains on the carpets.We left a day early too . So only used the place for 5 days.The outside plug for plugging the car in was not working either. There are no pictures on the walls so very sterile and uninviting. I would not encourage anyone to rent this place and the price was high for what you get.

The place was clean and modern. The neighborhood is still being developed but that didn't impact our stay.

Very Nice Property in a bad Neighborhood

Very nice property it has everything you need for your stay but neighborhood is very bad we were not able sleep properly as neighbors were so loud all weekend.

minor issues

Great location near the airport. Big space for a family or group. Everything was clean. The place is in a newly development area, so phone service can be spotty in some areas of the neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive with the minor issues we had - the heating system being on & locked during the already hot summer, the shower temperatures weren't adjustable, the TV remote was not working, and there not being any napkins/towels/papertowels in the kitchen. One negative we did have on top of all the other random stuff that did occur while we stayed there, was there was couple ants we found on the main floor. The rest of the place was clean, so might just be they slipped thru the doors/cracks of the housing.

Beware of the host!

We were told 18 hrs before check in that we were being placed in a different property in a different neighborhood out by the airport and industrial part of town, they didn't send us any pictures of the mew property and said that if we didn't like what they were doing they could cancel out reservation! He was rude and was raising his voice at me when i expressed that we were evacuees from the Kelowna wildfire. Please beware of this host, take care

All you said are lies, we pleaded with you that we currently have evacuees from Yellowknife who could not leave because of the incident and we upgraded you to a better suite. You requested for pictures and address of the new location and you were sent the link on the Vrbo messenger . You were very rude on the phone, Vrbo called you to explain to you and even make you understand the new place was just a stone throw from where you booked and that you should take it. A terrible guest we won’t recommend to any host and our review about speak you is true,

Left Early

We ended up not staying the final night. We were scheduled to stay 3 nights but left after the second. The major issue we had was the owner allowed construction workers to work during our stay inside and outside the house. We were not told or given any warning or information this would be taking place when we were booking. The owner only sent an email at 7am, after we had spent our first night. The first day workers came inside the property to work in the basement with no locked door security between us. After we called to inquire and argued with the owner, he did come and put a lock on the door. The second morning at 6:30 am workers arrived and by 7am they were drilling into the foundation of the house. They were adding a cement sidewalk and even throwing dirt near the front door with a slinger so we had to wait for that to be completed before we could leave, which was around 11am. The blinds don’t keep out the sun and with no A/C or fans it made for hot, uncomfortable nights. Supplies were sparse and had to request for more, there is no coffee machine and even though the website says checkout at 11, the owner requires you to leave by 10am. Overall it was clean and new.
