Close to several beaches, restaurants and pubs. Bring your own watercraft and easily dock it for your stay as the free private boat launch is adjacent to the property. Take a relaxing stroll down the river into the open waters of Lake Huron. Excellent fishing and boating opportunities. (kayaks and canoe on site) Spend some time hiking on the trails in the Pinery Conservation or checking out the many stores and restaurants in Grand Bend. Retreat to the back yard for an evening fire and s'mores while watching one of your favourite movies on the large outdoor screen.
Walkouts to 3 large decks for kicking back to relax, read a book, sunbathe or BBQ and enjoy a meal outside.
An additional deck located near the river, great for morning coffees, evening cocktails and watching wildlife, boats and canoes go by.
In the colder months enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, or ice fishing then retreat to the main floor area furnished with a large bar, gas fireplace, and TV.
Great for watching the big game or partnering up for a game of darts.
The main living space on the upper floor is open concept with the kitchen overlooking the living area with a walkout to the front upper deck.
The primary bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a walkout to the rear upper deck overlooking the river
