The space
A true cottage nestled in the center of Grand Bend! With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, your family will be comfortable. Make this summer the best one yet!

Guest access
The entire house and yard are yours!
Pet friendly. Large fenced yard. Please make sure your pets are trained. Pick up after your pet please. 1 furry friend maximum.
Barking must be controlled. Pets must obey noise laws too!

Other things to note
Local Short Term Rental (STR) Bylaws (2023) must be adhered to:
1) 2 per room plus 2 maximum occupancy. Do not exceed guests approved.
2) Zero noise outside the property between the hours of 11 pm and 8 am
3) Park only in the designated spots. No extra cars to be parked on streets.
4) Complaints received and fines given will be the responsibility of the primary renter. This can result in eviction without refund and possible liability.
