The beach waits for you - just steps to the waves of Ōhope, the sunniest beach in New Zealand! Be first to see the sun as it rises along the East Coast. A wonderful two bedroom house with a stunning outlook. Large terrace with bbq, and outdoor furniture. Wake up to a classic coastal kiwi beachside setting, listen to native birds and enjoy coffee and breakfast on the spacious terrace. Relax looking out at the spectacular beach view capturing the whole coastline all the way up to the East Cape.

For those wanting more room, the apartment attached and caravan cater for another six. Contact me.

Alexandra and Pavel were fantastic guests. They spent all day on the deck and at the beach surfing and playing in the water with their children. They were very appreciative of Surfs Reach and will be back next year.

Fab Location!

Fabulous location with outlook straight onto a quiet part of the beach. Perfect for surfing and swimming. House is pleasantly decorated with amazing views.

Great beachfront getaway

There is nothing not to like about this place. Plenty of room. Huge deck. Perfect location. Great communications. We hated to leave.

Ohope beachfront

A great house in a perfect spot at the end of the beach along a private piece of the waterfront road. The beach is at the end of the driveway. The property manager and owner both good to deal with. The house has everything you need.

Fabulous views and beach access.

Excellent location, very tidy and well appointed. Friendly and helpful property manager. Only one suggestion would be to add an umbrella/shade for front deck to maximise an entire day of perfect views! Highly recommend.

Amazing property well set up for a relaxing time away in a stunning private location. Amazing sea views spacious home, comfortable beds, lovely and clean everything at your finger tips. We loved it so much we've found our new family holiday spot. Hosts are the best in the bay! Huge thank you to Tony Mel and Tristan, we will definitely be back

Incredible location

Property is right on a beautiful beach with great views from house and deck. Property could be improved with some small renovations to make the rental more private, which I have discussed with the owner. Rental could also benefit from som renovations and updates, but none the less, a great location if you want a property right at the beach.
