Welcome to our pet friendly 2BR Townhouse located in Country Club Estates in downtown Rehoboth Beach with pool, Wi-Fi & more.
This rental is only 4 blocks from the beach! Guests can enjoy everything Rehoboth has to offer after a 1/2 block walk to the Avenue, full of restaurants and tax free boutiques or a fun stroll anytime.
Many new upgrades for your comfort will be found in this comfy coastal retreat. This two story townhome features an open lower floor with new construction throughout. Cozy living room with wood ceilings throughout first and second floor. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room with large flatscreen tv and newly renovated powder room.
Gourmet kitchen includes all new appliances and cabinets with a deep kitchen sink. A dining area for 4 and access to the beautifully furnished rear patio with a gas grill.
A newly painted spiral staircase with new carpet takes guests upstairs to the 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom accommodations. The main bedroom contains a king bed, while the second bedroom has single top / lower full bunk bed and a separate single bed. Two separate modern bathrooms with glass door showers accompany each bedroom.
A semi-private balcony off main bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee on new comfortable cushioned chairs. New full capacity washer/dryer have also been added upstairs.
This rental comes with 2 private parking spaces outside the unit. Owner also offers a neighborhood street parking permit for an extra car.
Guests are required to bring all linens and/or towels and paper products for your stay. A linen package may be purchased through the host.
This unit is nonsmoking and/or vaping of any kind!

The condo itself was nice and met our expectations. Unfortunately, our experience with the property management company, Long & Foster, was disappointing enough that I would not rent through them again.When we booked, we clearly disclosed that we would be bringing a dog, but for some reason that information never made it into their system. After our stay, they claimed the unit was excessively dirty and attempted to charge us a 500 pet fee, which is an absurd amount. We do not believe the condition they described was caused by us or our dog, and it felt like they were looking for reasons to add extra charges after the fact.We also had an issue with the community pool. The access card did not work, and although we notified Long & Foster on the first day, they never responded or offered any assistance. We were only able to use the pool because neighbors kindly let us in.The condo is also a bit farther from the beach than the listing makes it seem, so expect a longer walk.Overall, the unit itself was fine, but the management company was not. Between the poor customer service, failure to resolve a simple issue, and what felt like an effort to nickel-and-dime guests with unreasonable fees, I would recommend finding another rental that is not managed by Long & Foster.
