The wall of glass sliders faces the mangrove lagoon — and the sunrise comes through them every morning before you've decided to get up. This is the defining physical feature of Lagoon Luxury: a One Particular Harbour condo where the lagoon view is the first thing you see and the private lanai is where you take it in.

The split floor plan separates the primary suite from the guest rooms — a detail that matters when you're traveling with family or friends and everyone needs their own space. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has queen-over-queen bunks — the only bunk configuration in the One Particular Harbour complex and the right setup for families with kids who want their own sleeping space. A sleeper sofa in the living room handles additional guests. Three full bathrooms throughout.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for a week of meals at home. High ceilings and contemporary coastal finishes keep the space bright and well-configured for a group. High-speed WiFi included.

The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant on the property. Complimentary bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon are available for the stay. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

Pet-friendly for dogs up to 65 lbs.

Lagoon Luxury requires a one-week minimum stay with covered parking and elevator access included.

Best Place We’ve Stayed on AMI

We come to AMI multiple times per year and been here 15 times at least and this place was the nicest yet. Luxury condo, great location, kids loved the pool, and perfect sunrise every morning on the covered back porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location!

This place was perfect for my husband and I. We brought my 2 aunts in honor of my late gram. We spent the week connecting, making memories and enjoying this place as well as the beach. It is a quick drive across the bridge to the beach’s on AnnaMarie. The house was clean, accommodating and has very nice furniture. I would recommend!

Beautiful condo!

This condo was so clean and beautifully decorated. The screened-in porch was so relaxing. It's about a 5 minute drive to the beach. There is a restaurant and marina on the property that is about a 2 minute walk and grocery stores are about a 5 minute drive. Convenient location!

Beautiful condo with convenient location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this like-new home. Very spacious and well-equipped. Watch out for the undocumented $50 fee if you leave the keys in the unit upon check out. You must drive them back to the manager's office located over on the island.

We had three couples and one child so having the queen bunk room, as opposed to the usual twin beds, was great for our group. Condo was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. I was worried about the location not being on the front row of condos and not having the best view but I was relieved on arrival that we still had a fantastic view of water on the backside. Kitchen seem to have everything we needed for preparing breakfast. Rental company is quick to respond to any questions or needs. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Beautiful condo, terrible prop management

We loved the condo-spacious, clean, & great location. Property Mgt co awful-did not send email for arrival info and I ended up spending 1 1/2 hrs tracking them down through VRBO, one roll of toilet paper, cleaning crew arrived 15 minutes before our 10am scheduled departure asking us to leave and waited outside the door, knocking two more times before 10am because they wants to clean the property early. We paid until 10am!! Dropped keys off to property Mgt co and asked for some money back for the time I spent having to track them down to access property and the cleaning crew fiasco-Ken refused, saying they let us in the property an he earlier than most-we didn’t decide that, they told us 3pm check in. Overall nice property, terrible property management!

Reviewer Comments: After quite a shock upon arrival finding out this condo is not located on Anna Maria Island but across the bridge in Bradenton where you can not rent a golf cart. So if you are wanting to be on Anna Maria Island do NOT book here. It was our first time visiting so was not familiar with the area. Also, condo is located on a lagoon however we do not have access to said lagoon so that also was a disappointment for my boys. We did end up having a good trip despite all these surprises. The condo itself was very nice, clean, and well stocked. The view was pretty from the lanai which had nice furniture. All the furniture was very nice. The drive to the beach was about 5 minutes if you go to Manatee beach, we ended up liking Coquina beach so ended up driving 15 minutes there everyday. If you want to rent a golf cart to drive around the island do not stay here, it is illegal to drive golf cart across the bridge to the island. Overall great vacation, just know where you are staying before booking!
