An amazing place to stay in Mahone Bay. Equipped with everything for convenience and a truly relaxing experience. We loved our stay at Lisette’s cute cottage. Location was perfect for many trips to nearby sites, towns, beaches and further east coast exploration.

We have such a lovely stay at your sweet property. The sunroom was so cosy. We felt like we were in our own little treehouse. The thunder and lightening storm we watched while sitting in the sunroom was the icing on the cake.

Great little cottage! Perfect location for walking to town and bike trail. We had a brief two night stay and wish we had stayed longer. Such a wonderful quaint town. Even though the weather forecast initially called for rain most of our stay it ended up being overcast with mostly light rain during the days so we were able to get out and enjoy the time we had. I did find some time to read in the solarium! It was peaceful. We would stay here again should we make it back to Lunenburg.

The property is very close to town and the wooded trail nearby made it perfect for our stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly, and reached out to make sure everything was going well. This was an ideal place to stay while we explored the south shore.

Lisette’s property is a quiet little retreat to settle in after a day of exploring. Walking distance to shops and restaurants with all of the amenities to cook your own meals if you choose. Beautiful

Lisette’s place was clean and cozy. Has everything you need to cook, and is close to downtown while also being tucked away on a quiet street. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay in Mahone Bay

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and very nicely decorated cottage. Everything we needed was there and it was an easy walk to shops and restaurants in Mahone Bay and a short drive to Lunenburg. It is around the corner from the bike trail.

The cutest place ever with adorable charm! Our family loved staying here. Very inviting. Lisette had everything you could think of available to make us feel at home. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back! So nice to be able to bring our dog Ruby as well. Close access to the trails, restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet oasis!

Wonderful cottage within walking distance or easy drive of amenities, such as shops, coffee bars and restaurants. Lisette's on Long Hill is perfectly located to use as a home base to visit Mahone Bay, Lunenburg, The Ovens and many parts in between. We highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Mahone Bay

Lisette's property was the ideal place to stay on the South Shore. The convenient location made it central to everything you would want to visit in the area. The home felt like a home with all you would ever need. Quiet street with a trail close by. The attention to detail and all yours needs are included right down to a well stocked coffee machine.

When I was a teenager, my friend and I used to make day trips to Mahone Bay from further down the south shore. I grew up in an Acadian village in Yarmouth County called Pubnico, and Mahone Bay was (and still is, of course) a two hour drive away. (I won't divulge my age, but she was driving her parents' velour seated sedan so it wasn't yesterday. :) )

It is then I fell in love with the "bay."

Two years ago I moved to this beautiful place. The people are wonderful, the views are fantastic, and the town is simply charming.

I am excited to share my cottage with you. Lisette's on Long Hill will help you fall in love with Mahone Bay too.
