Please Note: Due to being an apartment complex, there is a no party policy. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. Non-compliance can result in removal of guests without a refund and a $500 fee. A no smoking/vaping policy is enforced within the apartments, both indoors and outdoors, with a $200 cleaning fee for violations.
