Deux chambres, maison d'hôtes nouvellement construite à Gilbert

Propre et neuf. Près du centre-ville de Gilbert, avec une vie nocturne amusante et de nombreux restaurants. 15-20 min de l'aéroport. Près de nombreux magasins. Accès facile aux autoroutes, à moins d'une demi-heure du centre-ville de Phoenix. Sur un acre de terre, on se sent comme un peu de campagne à l'intérieur de la ville. C'est un mile du parc Freestone, avec tennis, basket-ball, volley-ball, champ de frappes, aires de jeux, étangs, petit parc d'attractions. Mon endroit est bon pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

I choose the place because of itz location. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable , it wa easy to reach the owner for questions and he responded quickly. Would recommend to others.

Just a quick stop through Gilbert but kitchen looked to be well stocked. House had plenty of room. Nicely furnished and decorated. Location was great for our travel purposes. Ample parking, easy access. Host communicated easily and sufficiently. Quiet area. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Gilbert

The perfect place

We stayed here for the 2nd time this year while visiting family. It's perfect for our stay and it fit family comfortably.A clean and well stocked kitchen worked for our breakfast and occasional dinner prep. Communicating with the owners was easy and fast when we had a question. Decorated lovely along with being clean is a must and we will stay there again!

What a great guesthouse we found.

It was a nice comfortable guesthouse with two bedrooms, a couch to sit on at night, a kitchen and table to help enjoy our food. We loved this place and would recommend my friends come here to stay. Gilbert is a good central place to stay. Thanks for making our stay so nice.

Cutest house in private property

Located right in the heart of Gilbert which made easy access to all our favorite places. The house was a perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice, large fridge. The house was easy to cool down during the heat of the day. And communication with owner was quick! Would definitely stay again!

The home was lovely and great location. My only negative was the pics online don’t match the yard. I thought I would sit outside overlooking yard. Instead a family pool area was installed right next to the rental. I was rather surprised at the difference in pictures. Other than that, home itself is lovely. I did not meet owners .

Central location to Phoenix, Scottdale & Mesa. but little privacy.

My friend and I rented this cottage for a pickleball tournament at Bell Bank Park. It was the prefect location to get to Phoenix, Scottsdale & Mesa and is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. While it has been recently remodeled and fit our needs for our 4 day stay, the one thing I think needs to be pointed out is that the cottage is within 30 feet of the main residence where the owners live so there is little to no privacy. Their children were using the trampoline when we arrived, the family was walking around right by the living room and behind the bedrooms feeding their animals on Saturday morning and on Sunday evening when we returned from playing pickleball, the owners were having what looked like a dinner party on the patio between the main house and the cottage and kids were running around the yard for several hours. There is also a pool right outside the kitchen/living room of the cottage which does not appear to be for guests, so I imagine in the summertime, their kids would swimming in the pool as well. I think this is an important thing to consider before renting. Also, there is no longer a bunk bed in the second room as shown in the pictures - it is just a twin bed now.

This was by far one of our favorite properties at which to stay. The cleanliness was excellent, and everything from laundry facilities, towels, kitchen tools, extra blankets, and waters was available. The host family was hospitable, and the space felt like a home away from home. We even got fresh citrus for breakfast. The parking was close and accessible.

Nice property

We had a great stay in Gilbert. The property was great and centrally located. We spent our time taking in a spring training game, hanging out in downtown Gilbert and Old Town Scottsdale. The property was clean, quiet and perfect for a small family getaway.

Felt like home

We enjoyed staying at this property because it was well stocked, nicely laid out floorplan, clean and quiet. It provided the perfect home base for our needs. The bed is comfortable, kitchen had all the right equipment, and the shower is amazing. Hopefully we can reserve the property again when visiting family in Mesa.
