This modern 2 bedroom has fantastic city and harbour views, it offers comfortable and laid back living with generous space. Warm natural light fills the open living, complimenting the monochromatic greys and vibrant pops of yellow that emanate a relaxed and welcoming environment. The apartment is well appointed with modern living essentials providing you with an easy and enjoyable living experience during your stay. The location offers fantastic convenience, surrounded by many central hot spots.

The Space:
Located in the heart of Victoria Quarter, The Grace is your gateway to inner-city living, providing access to some of Auckland’s best amenities at your doorstep. Enjoy sunny afternoons on your balcony looking over the beautiful views or head down to the sanctuary of Victoria Park for a stroll, another great walking route near by is the west haven marina or Wynyard quarter and viaduct where you will find fun vibes and delectable food.

This generous 2 bedroom apartment offers a laid back, relaxed and cozy interior with warm, earthy tones and natural light filling the room making it the perfect place to come home to after a day of work, activities or for a weekend away!

Lounge out on the idyllic balcony watching the sun rise or set over the city and harbour, as golden hues paint the sky and radiate the apartment, the perfect spot to relax with a book or your favourite drink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meal or try out a great new recipe! The space is well laid out so that you can enjoy the beautiful views from the kitchen.

The bedrooms are a quiet and comfortable, the master bedroom features an ensuite and both rooms have wardrobes so you can unpack and feel at home. The secondary bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together as a queen, please let us know if you would like this arranged prior to your stay. The beds are accompanied by high quality linen providing that crisp, sun kissed feeling helping you get a restful and rejuvenating sleep.

Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy :)
There is a communal rooftop area you are welcome to use respectfully during your stay as well.

*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is a few hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!

The Neighborhood:
The Grace is situated on the edge of the inner city, with many highlights and conveniences within close walking distance! Wynyard Quarter and the Viaduct Basin are just a short (flat) stroll away - enjoy walking around the marina and seeing the impressive boats! Both areas also offer great restaurants for whatever your vibe and taste.
The Sky Tower and federal St dining precinct are up the road where you can enjoy a hip tourist vibe and fantastic views of the wider Auckland area if you make it up the tower!

There are fantastic walks in the area with Victoria Park just across the road and Westhaven boardwalk near by.

With easy access to the Link Bus route, Britomart train station and Fullers Ferry Terminal – and just a short stroll to Parnell and Ponsonby – you can even ditch the car.

It’s the perfect location to really embrace city living.

Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina are all only a 5 minute walk leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around you with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 10-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys  not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.

Interaction with Guests:
We are not on site but are available via call or Airbnb message if you need us :)

4 friends from highschool. Lovely spot for a get away. Happy looking at that view for ages, plus the harbour bridge now does a light show.

Perfect
I didn’t know what to expect booking this apartment as we aren’t the type of people who go out of town very often. But this place was better than expected. It was perfect for myself and 3 others. The management team were amazing, very helpful. The location was perfect! Walking distance to the sky tower and many restaurants. We could see the harbour bridge and sky tower from the balcony of our room. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities you need for basic cooking, and the dryer and washing machine was a bonus! The neighbours were also very lovely. There were no issues at all during our stay. We loved our stay here, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend 😊
