A leafy Treehouse in the heart of Annandale

The Treehouse is a modern loft studio apartment, architect designed, with high ceilings and loads of natural light. Private and completely self-contained, it is freshly painted and styled for comfort with a full-size queen size bed, fresh linen, towels and plenty of hanging space.

The accommodation is open plan living, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, attractive furnishings, a 40" Smart TV running Chromecast, wireless internet, and an Nespresso coffee machine. With a tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, the Treehouse has an informal character and its own quirky charm - located at the bottom of the garden, separated from the main house by a timber fence and nestled among frangipani and magnolia trees. The Treehouse provides a great work-from-home environment for business travellers or a relaxing home away from home. It has its own entrance via the rear lane, and offers privacy in a lovely and secure setting.

Basic pantry items are provided for your convenience. We will be happy to meet you with the keys upon arrival.

Please be aware that this part of Sydney, the inner west, does experience aircraft noise which varies from time to time, and we have reflected this factor into our pricing.

A good stay for a couple of days

Everything was fine. The only thing that bothered me was the loud noise from the airplanes -kept waking me up in the morning. Not something we can control, but those light sleepers with sensitive ears (like me) can consider ear plugs.

The Treehouse

Great property. Comfy bed, great shower, close to my son. All the modcons of home. Matthew was great with communication so I always felt well looked after whilst being able to do my own thing. I'll be back to see my son and grand daughter ASAP.

Nettes Apartment in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Treehouse sehr genossen! Alles Wichtige, was man fĂŒr ein paar Tage oder eine Woche in Sydney braucht, ist vorhanden! GemĂŒtliches Bett, kleine KĂŒchenecke mit einer Induktionsplatte, Esstisch, zweckmĂ€ĂŸiges Bad, WLAN und falls wichtig, auch ein TV mit Streamingmöglichkeit! Der Stadtteil Annadale mit seinen kleinen Restaurants (Betelhouse👍👍) und CafĂ©s sowie die vielen individuellen HĂ€user haben uns gut gefallen! Man lebt außerhalb des Trubels und ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln doch schnell ĂŒberall! Allenfalls der FluglĂ€rm, der zeitweilig auftrat, könnte stören.... unser herzlicher Dank an die netten, gut erreichbaren und hilfreichen Gastgeber Matt und Nicholas!!

What a gem of a place, brilliant communication from the hosts Matt and Nick. Accommodation as described and very competitively priced. Immaculate in every way and ideal location for us visiting family in Annandale or travelling into the city. Will definitely return next year when visiting Sydney again.

A lovely stay with thoughtful hosts

My sister and I stayed at the treehouse for the World Cup. There were lots of thoughtful touches and details that made it a very comfortable stay. Hosts are super communicative and friendly. The neighborhood is delightful and a quick walk to the bus stop allowed us to explore a lot of Sydney in a short time. My sister enjoyed running on a nearby trail. I sure hope I get back to Sydney and would absolutely stay here again.

Great Studio in Perfect Location

Matthew our Host was in touch in the lead up to our stay to give all important information,and so the check in process was simple.He promptly responded when we had any questions and was very accommodating of our needs,even taking it upon himself to refund a night's charge due to early morning noise from maintenence work to the neighbouring property. The apartment was spacious,light and equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay.The location was quiet,yet a short walk to the High street of Annandale where there are many options for coffee and food,plus convenient bus services to the city and neighbouring suburbs. Many thanks Matthew and Nicholas for a wonderful,memorable stay.We loved the Treehouse and would choose it first if staying again in Sydney :)

The Treehouse suited us perfectly as a base for visiting family in Annandale & attending various events in the city. The space is very comfortable & quiet; well equipped; close to the lovely cafes & shops of Annandale, the Tramsheds etc; & public transport. It would be a great base for visiting Sydney.

The perfect place to stay

The Treehouse was the perfect place to stay. The studio was comfortable, peaceful and well equipped. Matthew was a great host, super friendly and easy to deal with. The booking process was smooth, no issues at all. I look forward to staying again next time I visit Sydney.

Annandale is a lovely neighbourhood, close to the City, with wide tree-lined streets, small parks, and lots of local walks to enjoy.
Nearby there are many cafes and restaurants, takeaways and small supermarkets. There is also a pharmacy, a pub, and a newsagent.
Annandale is well connected - there are buses just a few minutes walk away, as well as light rail about 10 minutes away.
