Very Good Stay
The cabin is lovely. The kitchen is fantastic, well-equipped, and laid out beautifully. The Smeg fridge is lovely and retro and surprisingly holds a lot of food. The dishes/pottery are exceptional. The pots and pans etc are excellent, and a lot of them. The island is enormous, which is great. The bed is memory foam and unbelievably comfortable. The cabin was spotless.
Here are a couple of observations that hopefully will help.
The bar stools are not comfortable. It made sitting on them on the island uncomfortable.
A small dining table with two chairs would be welcomed, perhaps by the windows
The bathroom, while well-appointed, has a clear shower curtain with a big window behind it. We felt a bit exposed when showering. This was disconcerting when we showered, and it would be an easy fix with a white or colored shower curtain.
The unit has three cupboards/closets: one in the kitchen, one in the bathroom, and one in the bedroom. Two have padlocks on them, and the bedroom closet is locked. If you have clothes you want to hang, there are two hooks on the bedroom door.
There is no television or microwave in the unit. For some, this would not be a hill to die on; I did want to watch golf on the weekend and could not.
Overall, we had a lovely weekend away.
