Notre condo dans le complexe de Brianwood est Ă  distance de marche de la remontĂ©e mĂ©canique Quad Express Giant Steps Ă  la station de Brian Head pour un accĂšs skis aux pieds. Il est Ă©galement Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du nouveau lac / Ă©tang de Brian Head, ce qui en fait un endroit idĂ©al pour les loisirs en Ă©tĂ©. Brian Head est l'une des stations de ski les plus adaptĂ©es aux enfants que nous ayons visitĂ©es et nos enfants adorent passer du temps ici. Le lac regorge de truites en Ă©tĂ© et constitue un excellent lieu de pĂȘche.

Vous adorerez les lits confortables avec de beaux matelas neufs, de nouveaux téléviseurs intelligents, le confort, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, de hauts plafonds et une vue imprenable. Nous avons un foyer au bois et un infrarouge télécommandé dans le salon. Nous avons 1 lit king, 2 lits queen et 2 lits jumeaux avec trois salles de bain complÚtes et peut accueillir 8 personnes mais jusqu'à 9 avec le canapé.

Brian Head est Ă  quelques kilomĂštres de Cedar Breaks et Ă  environ une heure du parc national de Bryce Canyon et Ă  environ une heure et demie du parc national de Zion.

Brian head propose également la location de motoneiges et de tout-terrain et propose un certain nombre d'excellents sentiers de vélo de montagne.

AprÚs une belle journée sur les pistes ou dans l'un des parcs nationaux, retournez dans votre «maison loin de chez vous». Réchauffez-vous au coin du feu en admirant la vue à couper le souffle, ou détendez-vous simplement sur les lits (et matelas) neufs et confortables, tout en profitant de l'un de nos quatre téléviseurs SMART à écran plat avec tout le divertissement à portée de main, de télévision par cùble à Roku à Netflix et plus encore. Il n'y aura pas de combats pour la télécommande et tous les membres de votre groupe / famille pourront se retirer avec leurs émissions préférées sur leur propre écran de télévision. Nous avons des jeux de société dans le salon de la table centrale.

Vous adorerez la cuisine ouverte et fonctionnelle avec four, cuisiniĂšre, micro-ondes, machine Ă  cafĂ©, bouilloire, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et casseroles et poĂȘles de base. The pictures are VERY deceiving and must be from 10 years ago as the furniture was quite damaged with rips and tears. The whole place is falling apart and seemed to be lacking any general maintenance. The main radiator did not work and there was 0 firewood or matches/lighter as mentioned in host introductory email.The host was completely unresponsive and I received automated answers saying "hope your stay is going great - reach out with any concerns" to my messages where I stated concerns and noted issues.Good location.

We enjoyed our stay at Brian Head! The location of the condo was very convenient. We were near the pond for fishing and a short walkable distance to restaurants and country store. The walkup to the unit was shorter than stated in previous reviews and stairway was inside. There were three large bedrooms and 3 full baths in this condo. We would return here and the host was very nice.

Not the best

Pros: location...everything is walkable and close to pond and park.Cons: clearly needs some TLC ans updating. Couch is ripped, missing knobs on stove and light switches, not the cleanest, poorly stocked kitchen/dishes/pots, not super clean, bathroom drawers just fall off track, dishwasher isnt bolted down, random fridge in living room.Has great potential if some money and updating was done. I won't be staying here in the future.

Wonderful use of space. The loft has a door and windows along with its own bathroom. TV in every room. The clubhouse had a game room and small hot tub. Bring your own board games. It's a great location and just what we needed. Thank you!

Great condo

We love going to Brian Head. Our family has been going here since the 80s and still love it. Came up with my wife and kids and a brother with his kids (they stayed up the road). This was one of the best VRBO places we've ever stayed. The 3rd floor is a bit of a hike, but not a problem for us. The condo was great with plenty of room. This is probably the first time at all the places in Brian Head where we didn't have constant problems with WIFI, which was a really nice surprise. Ski In/Ski Out would have been nice, but we found we needed a vehicle each day anyways, so it didn't change our access to the mountains. Would be excited to stay here again. Will look for it when planning next years trip.

Great stay, can't wait to return

The property was perfect for us. The space was ample for my family of four. I think another small family could easily fit. The beds were pretty comfortable, the TVs were fully functional and the warmth in the condo was acceptable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this cozy condo again.

Excellent location and value

Overall a good stay for the money. It was clean and comfortable. Happy to report there is a brand new full sized fridge.There were a few quirks here and there, but nothing that wasn't overcomable. For instance, halfway through our stay, the front door lock would not accept our code as required to lock from the outside. I contacted the host about this, but never received more than an automated response. Fortunately, we figured out that removing and then reinserting the batteries reset it so we could lock the door. We had to do this each time we left. Perhaps the batteries are running low. Thankfully, we had no issue unlocking. Overall I was satisfied for the price paid. Though there are some improvements that could be made.

Has a new fridge!

I’ve stayed at this property several times, and it’s always been a pleasant experience, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere feels like a home away from home. In the past, there was a bit of an issue with the fridge, but I’m thrilled to see they’ve now upgraded to a brand-new one! Every stay here seems better than the last. Can’t wait for my next visit!

No Full size Refrigerator! Dishonest owner!

Before booking the property, on August 2nd I asked the owner if the full sized fridge had been fixed. I had seen reviews back in the winter and spring that it was broken. He assured me it was fixed, but that a new one would be delivered by the end of August. Based on his word, I booked the property. When I got to the property on the 29th of August, there was a note on the fridge that it was not working. The freezer did worked. There was a mini fridge in the property that didn’t even fit half of my food. I messaged the owner twice during our stay and received no response. All I got was automated messages back asking how my stay was. This owner was completely dishonest. We were there for four days with lots of refrigerated food. We would had lost most of our food if not for a kind neighbor in the same complex. Do not trust this owner.

Broken Refrigerator - Property Manager knew about this before we arrived. NOT FIXED!!!

There was a note on the refrigerator that it was broken when we arrived. We did not know this until we arrived. The manager has not returned or acknowledged our emails concerning the lack of a refrigerator. We had to use ice chests and get ice daily. I would NOT recommend this location. Horrible service!

Not the greatest stay

For the price it was an okay stay. The fridge did not work and the freezer was okay . The rooms down stairs where pretty hot threw out the stay . Only room with AC was the up stairs room other then that only fans and it got pretty hot threw out the home . The pots and pans need a little upgrade they are very sufffed. But for the price it was all right the outside of the building was Beautiful nice little lake and a lot to play for kids . We went for 4 days to work and really just made breakfast there and dinner and sleep .i messages the host 2 times never got a response so maybe work on that a little .

Condo in Great Location

The condo is in Brian Wood right in the center of Brian Head with easy access to the sky lifts, Georg's, and the very few restaurants in town. One item I did not see is that the condo is on the third floor and there are no elevators which makes it difficult for older people or if you have a lot of gear you need to take up and down the stairs every day. We rented in the summer and the price for the 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was great. The condo is older and has 1980s decorations, is quite worn but nothing bad, just nothing new and fancy. Have a great holiday.

Panguitch Lake Vacay

The condo was very nice to stay in- lots of towels and shower/toiletries provided. Although we didn’t cook or eat at the condo, plenty of dishes etc were provided. The owner communicated very well letting us know how to check-in, heat and/or cooling instructions, check-out instructions, wi-fi information and TV info. The WELCOME book on the living room table did say there should be another book on the counter which there was not!! Did have to call a couple of times about how to access the Jacuzzi. Refrigerator wasn’t working properly but found the small refrigerator in the living room which was fine. No elevator was hard as we had a wheelchair bound child but took turns carrying him up the stairs which he thought was quite fun!! Teenagers enjoyed having their own space upstairs. Playground and Basketball court was also utilized and was fun. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your condo!!

It was okay

Love the 3 bed 3 bathrooms. Great location and kids enjoyed the hot tub. I noticed in prior reviews that frigid might not be working. Asked owner and no response which was frustrating. So fridge is not working but they do have small fridge which helped. Would have been nice to have owner communicate this back. Condo is needing a remodel.

Great value

Have stayed here twice now with my family and would definitely stay again.. Great value and spacious accommodations. The upstairs bedroom is a perfect private space for our teenage boys to hang out. Might be a little dated but can’t beat the location and ample space. Fridge was not working when we went but looks like it is being fixed. Host is very attentive and responds quickly. I would recommend Savi’s place 👍👍

There was no refrigerator working even though the owner said that there would some sort of refrigerator by the time we got there. But he told us the day before we were leaving that there was not going to be. He said he would give us a $50 refund if we kept our reservation. He never gave it to us. When we got there the roof was leaking so bad that we had to put pans to catch the water and the debris coming off the ceiling. I sent pictures to the owner but received no response, and still have not. We liked the location. It was very close to the ski slope and the view was nice.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Brianwood Condominiums are next to Giant Steps in Brian Head resort. The express quad ski lift in Brian head is the only express lift in the 2 mountains. Brianwood is also next to the Brianwood lake/pond. We have been fishing in the summer and the kids love the area. There are areas to light a fire next to the pond and room for volleyball and basketball. There are off road rentals snowmobile rentals at Georges and Thunder Mountain sports. It is a great location to get away from the heat in the summer and short distance from Cedar Breaks, Lake Panguitch, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park and the north rim of the Grand Canyon
