This was a very nice place to stay in Leadville. It is an older house, so it wasn't possible to open the windows to cool the bedrooms at night but other than that we enjoyed the stay. We definitely hope to stay there again if we can.

Zinnia is a great short or long-term option in Leadville if you can afford multiple nights. Great location, clean, and just buckets of charm. Like any older home, don't expect a ton of USB charging options, but we've always loved this place. We've stayed there multiple days twice. Quieter part of town, too.

We were there for business - a sculpture dedication at the Irish Miners Memorial which is worth visiting. But we also enjoyed being with in walking distance of the cafes and shops. The property was very clean. It does have quirks that go with a house that was built around 150 years ago, like some slightly sloping floors and such but that’s part of the fun.

Excellent communication with the host.Accommodations in Leadville are on the older side. This was our second year in Leadville, and it was a huge upgrade from last year's rental. The house is, according to Zillow, over 100 years old, so expect crooked floors and squeaking sounds when walking around in it.Now, I didn't bring a ruler, but we felt the beds were too small for queen-size beds.

Quaint House

The home was a lovely, quaint, and cozy place to rest and recharge. The kitchen was stocked with appliances for every occasion. It's a clean property and management was very accommodating when a problem was experienced. Their response was extremely fast and problem was solved. I would recommend this property.

Lovely apartment a short walk to town, the grocery store, the railway etc. Just bring an eye shade - the flat has great privacy blinds but not blackout shades/curtains so if you are used to sleeping in darkness you'll need it.

We came for the Leadville Race and found this house to be very close to downtown, but the children's park across the street was very noisy. The street parking was convenient, but the steps from the street without handrails were a challenge. The house has character, but our expectations were not met due to the following: the refrigerator/freezer was not working when we arrived, and while the Vrbo customer service was great to work with, the host was not. Too much time spent with text messages and phone calls needed to address the issues; the house was not clean, the bed linens were not in the best condition with stains and discoloration; the furniture in the living room was stained and dirty as were rugs and carpeting; the bathroom was dirty with the tile and floor needed cleaning; the appliances in the kitchen were dirty, especially the oven and the freezer should have been maintained. While the host brought us a small refrigerator and ice with styrofoam coolers, the situation could have been avoided. There was a lot of ice build up in the back of the freezer that should have been noticed by the cleaning crew prior to our arrival. No window coverings in kitchen to block the blinding sun rays, nor provide privacy with neighbors so close. Water was warm but not hot. The utility room was cluttered and dirty, and the backyard was not user friendly. The house was spacious, but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness was very disappointing. We would not recommend this property.
